Als Acquisition Sales Manager (w/m/d) bist du der erste Kontaktpunkt zwischen uns und unseren zukünftigen Kunden. Gemeinsam mit unserem Marketing- und Vertriebsteam entwickelst du Strategien, um neue Märkte zu erschließen – und dein wichtigstes Werkzeug ist dabei das persönliche Gespräch. Du telefonierst täglich mit IT-Entscheidern, verstehst ihre Herausforderungen und öffnest so die Tür für unseren Vertrieb.

FAST LTA ist der Spezialist für Datensicherheit und Data-Privacy in Enterprise Storage sowie für Systeme, die lokalen KI-Betrieb ermöglichen.

Wir wachsen weiter und suchen dafür dich: als Acquisition Sales Manager (w/m/d) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, um unser Marketing-Team weiter nach vorne zu bringen.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Du gewinnst neue B2B-Kunden und entwickelst Up- und Cross-Selling Potenzial bei unseren Bestandskunden
  • Du übernimmst Leads, die online, auf Events und durch Telefonmarketing generiert wurden, und qualifizierst sie im persönlichen und telefonischen Austausch bis zur Übergabe an den Vertrieb
  • Du bearbeitest selbstständig Target-Listen zur Erschließung neuer vertikaler Märkte
  • Du misst und verfolgst deine Erfolge anhand von Microsoft Dynamics und HubSpot
  • Du nimmst an mehreren Events im Jahr teil und präsentierst unsere Produkte durch Fachvorträge und Präsenz auf Messeständen
  • Du tauschst dich regelmäßig mit dem Vertriebsteam aus und arbeitest eng mit Marketing und Channel zusammen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb und in der Kundenakquise mit
  • Du kommunizierst und präsentierst hervorragend, führst Gespräche mit Entscheidern souverän und gerne aktiv am Telefon und verfügst über ausgeprägte strategische und analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Du hast bereits mit Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot oder ähnlichen CRM-Systemen gearbeitet und reist gerne zu mehreren Messen pro Jahr.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und packst Aufgaben mit unternehmerischem Denken selbstständig an
  • Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
