Unsere Produkte schützen geschäftskritische Daten vor Manipulation, Cyberangriffen und Compliance-Risiken – bei Banken, Versicherungen und FinTechs, wo Datensouveränität, Auditsicherheit und regulatorische Anforderungen (BaFin, DORA, KWG, VAG) zunehmend im Vordergrund stehen.

Als Executive Account Manager für Finance & Insurance verantwortest du eigenständig dieses Segment (Banken, Versicherungen und FinTechs) deutschlandweit und berichtest direkt an den CRO.

Du profitierst von einem attraktiven Vergütungsmodell mit klarer Quotenstruktur und stehst im engen, direkten Austausch mit CRO, Marketing und Produktmanagement. Und das komplett flexibel: Dein Arbeitsmodell ist vollständig ortsunabhängig innerhalb Deutschlands.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Du baust eigenständig ein Portfolio strategischer Accounts im Finance- & Insurance-Sektor (Banken, Versicherungen, FinTechs) deutschlandweit auf und entwickelst es weiter
  • Du erstellst Account-Pläne, führst Whitespace-Analysen durch und erarbeitest ein systematisches Buying-Center-Mapping über alle relevanten Entscheider hinweg (CIO, IT-Leitung, CISO, Compliance/Revision, Einkauf, Fachbereich)
  • Du steuerst den gesamten Sales Cycle mit MEDDPICC-Qualifizierung – von Discovery über Proof-of-Concept bis Vertragsabschluss
  • Du positionierst FAST LTA-Lösungen entlang regulatorischer Treiber (BaFin, DORA, revisionssichere Archivierung, Datensouveränität) in enger Abstimmung mit Presales
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Reseller- und Systemhauspartnern gemäß FAST LTA Channel-Modell sowie mit Marketing bei zielgruppenspezifischer Demand Generation zusammen
  • Du pflegst Pipeline und Forecast im CRM (Dynamics), reportest regelmäßig an den CRO und beobachtest Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen im Finance/Insurance-Umfeld

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung (i. d. R. 3+ Jahre) im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur, Storage oder verwandten Lösungen mit, idealerweise mit Bezug zum Finanzsektor
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Enterprise-Vertrieb mit mehrstufigen Entscheidungsprozessen und längeren Sales Cycles
  • Du gehst sicher mit MEDDPICC oder vergleichbaren Qualifizierungs-Frameworks um
  • Ein Grundverständnis regulatorischer Rahmenbedingungen im Finance/Insurance-Umfeld (BaFin, DORA, KWG/VAG) ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Erfahrung im indirekten Vertrieb über Reseller/Systemhäuser ist von Vorteil
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands je nach Kundenbedarf
