Entwickelt für Unternehmen und Organisationen mit hohen Sicherheitsanforderungen.

FAST LTA ist der Spezialist für Datensicherheit und Data-Privacy in Enterprise Storage sowie für Systeme, die lokalen KI-Betrieb ermöglichen.

Für unser Team in München suchen wir ab sofort einen Senior Full Stack Engineer (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, der/die gemeinsam mit uns unser Produkt weiterentwickelt.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Design und Implementierung einer versionierten Public REST-API (v1) inkl. Authentifizierungskonzept (API Keys, OAuth2), Rate Limiting und standardisierter Fehlerformate nach OpenAPI 3 / SemVer
  • Entwicklung und Erweiterung modularer Datenkonnektoren (MS Graph, SharePoint, Confluence, Slack u. a.) nach einheitlichem Architektur-Standard
  • Performance-Optimierung von Datenbankabfragen und asynchronen Datenlast-Pipelines
  • End-to-End-Implementierung neuer Features über Backend-API und TypeScript-Frontend – inklusive Code Reviews, Coding Guidelines und technischer Dokumentation
  • Verantwortung für Code Management, Release Management und Architekturentscheidungen innerhalb deiner Subsysteme
  • Fachliche Lead-Verantwortung: eigenständiges Arbeiten auf Epic-Ebene von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zum produktiven Release sowie aktive Mitgestaltung von Codequalitäts-Standards

Das bringst du mit:

  • 10 oder mehr Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung – ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eines verwandten Fachs ist willkommen, aber kein Muss
  • Sehr tiefes Linux-Know-how: Du bewegst dich sicher auf der Kommandozeile, kannst Linux-Systeme eigenständig installieren, konfigurieren und administrieren
  • Exzellente Python-Kenntnisse aus langjährigem produktivem Einsatz (FastAPI, async/await, pytest), Kenntnisse in C sind ein klares Plus
  • Stärke in Code Management, Architektur und Release Management. Du hast Systeme nicht nur gebaut, sondern auch langfristig verantwortet
  • Praxiserprobtes API-Design: REST, OpenAPI/Swagger, Versionierungsstrategien und Auth-Protokolle (OIDC, OAuth2, JWT)
  • Fundiertes Docker-Know-how (Microservices, Netzwerk-Isolation) sowie relationales Datenbankdesign und -optimierung mit PostgreSQL
  • Frontend-Erfahrung mit modernem TypeScript (SvelteKit, React oder Vue) sowie eine eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung mit LLMs, RAG-Systemen oder AI-Infrastruktur (vLLM, LangChain, Vektordatenbanken) ist ein klares Plus, aber kein Muss
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch
