Als Quality Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unser Qualitätsmanagementsystem und entwickelst es gemeinsam mit uns weiter. Du gestaltest die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Lieferanten mit und stellst sicher, dass Qualität in allen Prozessen zuverlässig eingehalten wird.

FAST LTA ist der Spezialist für Datensicherheit und Data-Privacy in Enterprise Storage sowie für Systeme, die lokalen KI-Betrieb ermöglichen.

Wir wachsen weiter und suchen dafür dich: als Quality Manager (m/w/d) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, um unser Team und FAST LTA weiter nach vorne zu bringen.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Du verantwortest das Qualitätsmanagement und entwickelst unsere Qualitätsprozesse kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du betreust, bewertest und entwickelst unsere Lieferanten. Dazu gehören Lieferantenqualifizierung, Lieferantenaudits sowie Maßnahmen zur Erhöhung der Cybersicherheit in der Lieferkette
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres QMS nach ISO 9001 sicher und begleitest den ISO 27001 Prozess, einschließlich Planung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung der relevanten Audits
  • Du planst, begleitest und wertest interne wie externe Audits aus und verfolgst vereinbarte Maßnahmen nach
  • Du analysierst Qualitätsabweichungen und Reklamationen, gehst den Ursachen auf den Grund und leitest nachhaltige Korrektur und Vorbeugemaßnahmen ein
  • Du definierst und überwachst relevante Qualitätskennzahlen (KPIs) und arbeitest eng mit Einkauf, Entwicklung, Produktion und Management zusammen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast ein Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Qualitätsmanagement oder ähnlich abgeschlossen, alternativ eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement
  • Du bringst idealerweise mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement mit, gerne mit Schwerpunkt Lieferantenqualität
  • Du kennst dich mit ISO 9001 sowie mit Audit, Dokumentations- und Verbesserungsprozessen aus. Erfahrung mit ISO 27001 und Cybersicherheit in Lieferketten ist von Vorteil
  • Du hast bereits mit Lieferanten zusammengearbeitet und weißt, wie man souverän mit Qualitätsabweichungen umgeht.
  • Du arbeitest pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert, denkst analytisch und gehst strukturiert vor
  • Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um, hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit QMS oder ERP-Systemen und sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie sehr gutes Englisch
