Die Agentur für Markenführung von Familienunternehmen, DES WAHNSINNS FETTE BEUTE mit Standorten in Attendorn und Düsseldorf, schafft Wettbewerbsvorsprung über die Leistungsfelder Brand Identity, Brand Experience und Brand Activation. Als AI Creative & Content Specialist bist du die Person, die KI-Tools mit kreativem Gespür einsetzt – nicht blind, sondern gezielt. Du entwickelst Prompts, Prozesse und Outputs, die echte Markenkommunikation ermöglichen, und du hilfst dem Team zu verstehen, was KI kann und was sie nicht kann.

  • Du setzt generative KI-Tools für Text, Bild und Video in kreative Workflows ein und entwickelst dabei eigene Routinen und Standards
  • Du entwickelst und pflegst einen Prompt-Baukasten für verschiedene Kreativdisziplinen – von Texting über Konzeption bis Bildgestaltung
  • Du unterstützt Kreative, Berater und Strategen bei der sinnvollen Integration von KI in ihre tägliche Arbeit
  • Du evaluierst neue generative KI-Tools (z. B. Midjourney, Kling, Claude, Sora) und bewertest deren Einsatzpotenzial für Agentur und Kunden
  • Du entwickelst KI-gestützte Content-Konzepte für Kundenprojekte und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung
  • Du förderst eine fundierte, kritische KI-Kultur im Unternehmen – du weißt, wann KI hilft und wann sie im Weg steht

Deine Qualifikation

  • Du hast einen kreativen oder kommunikativen Hintergrund – z. B. als Texter, Art Director, Content Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Du arbeitest täglich mit KI-Tools und hast dabei echte Erfahrungen gesammelt, die über die Oberfläche hinausgehen
  • Du beherrschst Prompt Engineering nicht als Buzzword, sondern als Handwerk
  • Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für Marken und weißt, wie man KI-Output markentauglich macht
  • Du bist neugierig, experimentierfreudig und genauso kritisch wie enthusiastisch
  • Du kommunizierst klar und kannst andere für neue Arbeitsweisen begeistern
