Die Agentur für Markenführung von Familienunternehmen, DES WAHNSINNS FETTE BEUTE mit Standorten in Attendorn und Düsseldorf, schafft Wettbewerbsvorsprung über die Leistungsfelder Brand Identity, Brand Experience und Brand Activation. Als AI Operations Manager sorgst du dafür, dass KI bei FETTE BEUTE nicht nur gedacht, sondern gelebt wird. Du betreibst, verbesserst und skalierst unsere KI-Systeme – und stellst sicher, dass alle im Team damit wirklich arbeiten können.

  • Du konfigurierst, betreibst und weiterentwickelst unsere KI-Plattformen, Agenten und Workflows im Tagesbetrieb
  • Du schulst und befähigst das Team, KI-Tools sicher und sinnvoll einzusetzen
  • Du erhebst Nutzungsmetriken, wertest sie aus und leitest daraus konkrete Verbesserungen ab
  • Du entwickelst Dokumentationen, Playbooks und interne Standards, die nachhaltig wirken
  • Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale in bestehenden Workflows und setzt sie eigenständig um
  • Du steuerst Iterationszyklen und reportest Ergebnisse direkt an die Führungsebene

Deine Qualifikation

  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit LLM-basierten Plattformen – du weißt, wie Prompts, Agenten, RAG und Tool-Integrationen zusammenspielen
  • Du kennst Tools für Workflow-Automatisierung wie Make, n8n, Zapier oder vergleichbare Lösungen
  • Du hast Grundkenntnisse in Python, JavaScript oder APIs – genug, um selbst zu bauen, ohne auf Entwickler warten zu müssen
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark: du kannst eine Führungskraft im Strategiegespräch und eine Kollegin beim Tool-Onboarding gleichermaßen abholen
  • Du denkst in Systemen – nicht in Einzellösungen
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, dokumentierst sauber und hast Spaß daran, Ordnung in komplexe Prozesse zu bringen
