Die Agentur für Markenführung von Familienunternehmen, DES WAHNSINNS FETTE BEUTE mit Standorten in Attendorn und Düsseldorf, schafft Wettbewerbsvorsprung über die Leistungsfelder Brand Identity, Brand Experience und Brand Activation. Als Conversational AI Specialist entwickelst du die nächste Generation von Marken-Dialogen – für Kundenprojekte und intern. Du baust Chatbots, Voice-Applikationen und KI-gestützte Kommunikationssysteme, die wirklich funktionieren und echten Mehrwert stiften.

  • Du konzipierst und entwickelst Conversational AI Anwendungen für Kanäle wie Web-Chat, WhatsApp, Voice und Messenger
  • Du berätst unsere Kunden zu den Möglichkeiten und Grenzen von Conversational AI im Markenkontext
  • Du begleitest Projekte von der ersten Kundenanfrage bis zum Livebetrieb – inklusive Projektmanagement und Teamkoordination
  • Du wertest die Performance deiner Anwendungen datenbasiert aus und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du pflegst und entwickelst Dashboards zur KPI-Steuerung und Erfolgsmessung
  • Du beobachtest den Markt für Conversational AI Frameworks und Plattformen und bringst relevante Innovationen ein

Deine Qualifikation

  • Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Conversational AI, als Product Owner oder in vergleichbaren Rollen
  • Du hast bereits Chatbots oder Voice-Applikationen konzipiert und umgesetzt – regelbasiert und/oder LLM-basiert
  • Du bist vertraut mit Plattformen wie Parloa, Cognigy, Rasa oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit der Analyse und Auswertung von Conversational AI Systemen und kannst Daten in klare KPIs übersetzen
  • Du kennst den Unterschied zwischen einer guten User Journey und einer, die nur auf dem Papier gut aussieht
  • Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch – mit Kunden wie mit Tech-Teams
