Die Agentur für Markenführung von Familienunternehmen, DES WAHNSINNS FETTE BEUTE mit Standorten in Attendorn und Düsseldorf, schafft Wettbewerbsvorsprung über die Leistungsfelder Brand Identity, Brand Experience und Brand Activation.

Zur Unterstützung im Bereich Social Media suchen wir einen engagierten Senior Social Media Manager (m/w/d) mit digitalem Mindset, strategischem Blick und Hands-on-Mentalität.

Ob für eigene Kanäle oder Kundenprojekte: Du denkst Inhalte plattformgerecht, hast dabei Blick auf potentiellen Mediaeinsatz, planst Kampagnen und setzt diese zielgerichtet um und bringst Know-how im Bereich KI-gestützter Tools mit.

  • Du entwickelst Redaktionspläne auf Basis definierter KPIs und setzt diese eigenständig um
  • Du setzt Social Media Performance Kampagnen auf
  • Du erstellst aussagekräftige Reportings, analysierst KPIs und leitest daraus konkrete Optimierungen und Handlungsempfehlungen ab
  • Du konzipierst und entwickelst eigenständig Social-Media-Kampagnen im Rahmen ganzheitlicher Content-Strategien
  • Du übernimmst das operative Projektmanagement für Kunden im Social Bereich und stellst eine reibungslose Umsetzung sicher
  • Du planst, konzipierst und veröffentlichst Content für relevante Social-Media-Kanäle (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest etc.)
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Kreation, Beratung und Strategie zusammen
  • Du konzipierst Social Media- und Kampagnen-Strategien (organisch & paid)
  • Du nutzt moderne und KI-gestützte Social Media-, Recherche-, und Kreation-Tools
  • Du identifizierst und implementierst innovative KI-Anwendungen zur Optimierung von Content, Kampagnen-Performance und Marketingautomatisierung
  • Du weißt, wie sich guter Content performancestark für verschiedene Plattformen adaptieren lässt

Deine Qualifikation

  • Begeisterung für Social Media Outcomes und ein ausgezeichnetes Plattformverständnis
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Social Media Management und Projekt Management, in vergleichbaren Positionen
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für ganzheitliche Markenführung - intern wie extern
  • Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-gestützten Marketing- und Content-Tools (z.B. ChatGPT, Cloude, Midjourney, Kling, ...)
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten gepaart mit Kreativität und einem Gespür für Trends
  • Teamplayer mit hoher Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und der Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte parallel zu steuern
  • Routine im Arbeiten innerhalb von Budget- und Zeitvorgaben
