Du hast ein Gespür für kreative Ideen und bist gespannt darauf, Kampagnen von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung mitzugestalten.   • Während Deiner Ausbildung bei uns tauchst Du tief in die Welt von Marken, Kampagnen und Kommunikation ein und baust Dir ein umfassendes Know-how auf.
  • Wir legen großen Wert darauf, gemeinsam Deine Stärken zu entdecken und den perfekten Bereich für Dich zu finden, in dem Du zunehmend eigene Verantwortung übernimmst.
  • Du wirst aktiv in unser Tagesgeschäft und Projektmanagement eingebunden und lernst dabei, wie Marketingmaßnahmen geplant, umgesetzt und ausgewertet werden – sowohl online als auch offline.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Konzepten, der Planung von Kampagnen und der Umsetzung auf den unterschiedlichsten Kanälen.
  • Du hilfst bei der Erstellung und Platzierung von Content auf relevanten Plattformen und arbeitest mit Tools, die das moderne Marketing vorantreiben.
  • Du bist Teil von Brainstormings und Kreativprozessen und bekommst einen direkten Einblick in die Entwicklung innovativer Kommunikationsstrategien.
  • Du übernimmst organisatorische Aufgaben wie die Einholung und den Vergleich von Angeboten oder die Abstimmung mit Dienstleistern und Kund:innen.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Gestaltung von Präsentationen und bereitest Projekte aktiv mit vor, begleitest ihre Durchführung und wertest sie anschließend aus.

Deine Qualifikation

  • Du hast die Fachhochschulreife oder das Abitur in der Tasche.
  • Idealerweise hast Du durch Praktika bereits erste Einblicke in die Welt des Marketings oder der Kommunikation gewonnen.
  • Leidenschaft für Organisation & Kommunikation. Du planst gern, bist strukturiert und bringst Kreativität in Deine Arbeit ein.
  • Gespür hast ein gutes Gespür für Trends. Du bist neugierig auf alles, was sich im Marketing verändert und interessiert an Themen wie Künstliche Intelligenz.
  • Mit Deiner aufgeschlossenen Art begeisterst Du Kolleg:innen und Kund:innen gleichermaßen.
  • Du fühlst Dich sicher im Umgang mit Zahlen und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick.
