De uitdaging

Bij Fightclub zoeken we een Digital Marketing Consultant die tijdelijk mee aan het stuur zit bij sterke Belgische en Nederlandse merken.

Je werkt 3 tot 6 maanden op een dedicated klantenproject (met optie tot verlenging). Tijdens zo’n opdracht word je écht onderdeel van hun team. Geen externe leverancier, maar een collega die mee beslissingen neemt.

Tegelijk blijf je deel van Fightclub: een team van digitale specialisten waar je kan sparren, groeien en bouwen aan je eigen traject. Zo heb je het beste van beide.

Jouw impact

Je wordt ingezet op projecten waar er nood is aan tijdelijke versterking, strategische expertise of digitale versnelling.

Dat kan bijvoorbeeld zijn:

  • Een e-commerce speler die zijn SEA-structuur volledig wil herdenken
  • Een FMCG-merk dat social strategisch wil opschalen
  • Een financiële organisatie die een website-relaunch of CRM-implementatie moet trekken
  • Een scale-up die marketing automation eindelijk écht goed wil opzetten

Je rol is dus nooit “meevolgen”. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid en maakt impact.

Wat we van jou verwachten

Iemand met een duidelijke digitale kernexpertise en de maturiteit om breder mee te denken.

Concreet:

  • Je hebt 3 à 4 jaar ervaring als digital of growth & performance marketeer, bij voorkeur in een agency-omgeving. Heb je iets minder ervaring maar wél de juiste drive en maturiteit? Overtuig ons.
  • Je kan zelfstandig een digitaal domein dragen (SEA, SEO, social, automation, CRO, e-commerce, digital project management…)
  • Je denkt strategisch mee, niet enkel uitvoerend.
  • Je durft ownership nemen.
  • Je voelt snel aan hoe een organisatie werkt.
  • Je communiceert helder met marketingmanagers, agencies en interne stakeholders.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en werkt data-gedreven.
  • Talen: Nederlands en Engels zijn een must, Frans is een mooie plus.

Belangrijk: je hoeft niet alles te kunnen. Maar je moet wel stevig genoeg staan in minstens één discipline.
