Ben jij geboeid door mensen, cultuur en groei? Wil je niet aan de zijlijn staan, maar écht meewerken aan hoe een bedrijf zijn mensen aantrekt, ontwikkelt en laat floreren? Dan is deze stage bij Fightclub helemaal jouw ding.

Als People & Culture stagiair ben je de rechterhand van onze Human Capital Manager en help je mee bouwen aan een sterke employee experience, van eerste kennismaking tot afscheid (en alles daartussen).

Wat ga je doen?

Je draait volop mee in het Human Capital team en krijgt ownership over heel wat leuke HR-initiatieven:

🧲 Onboarding & offboarding

  • Mee organiseren van warme, vlotte onboardings voor nieuwe Fightclubbers.
  • Helpen nadenken over hoe we dit proces nóg beter en leuker kunnen maken.
  • Mee vormgeven van een sterk offboarding-verhaal.

📣 Interne communicatie & cultuur

  • HR-info vertalen naar duidelijke, leuke en toegankelijke content.
  • Mee bouwen aan ons info sharing platform Notion (think: structuur, copy, creativiteit).
  • Ondersteunen bij interne communicatie rond People & Culture topics.
  • Mee helpen bij teammeetings, interne initiatieven en cultuurprojecten.

🎓 Learning & Development

  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en uitrollen van het opleidingsplan.
  • Organiseren van opleidingen, workshops en Lunch & Learns.
  • Helpen nadenken over hoe we leren en groeien nog meer kunnen stimuleren binnen Fightclub.

🌈 Employer branding

  • Meewerken aan employer branding initiatieven.
  • Content helpen maken voor onze website en socials (samen met HR & marketing).
  • Mee nadenken over hoe we Fightclub als werkgever nog sterker in de markt zetten.

Kortom: je helpt mee bouwen aan de Fightclub employee experience, van instroom tot groei en engagement.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je volgt een bachelor of master (HR, psychologie, communicatie,…)
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, sociaal en houdt van afwisseling
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt ervan om overzicht te brengen in info, ideeën en plannen
  • Je communiceert vlot en schrijft graag (NL + EN)
  • Je hebt feeling met tools, content en digitale platformen
  • Je bent hands-on, denkt mee en durft initiatief nemen
  • Je hebt interesse in mensen, cultuur en hoe organisaties werken
