The posting

Als dramatherapeut bij FPC de Kijvelanden werk je met patiënten met complexe psychiatrische problematiek én een tbs-maatregel. Met ervaringsgerichte therapie help je hen nieuw gedrag te ontwikkelen en verklein je de kans op recidive. Dit is vakinhoudelijke topsport én teamsport, in een omgeving waar jouw expertise ertoe doet.

Dit is een tijdelijke functie (ivm zwangerschapsverlof) voor 9 maanden.

Dit ga jij doen

Als dramatherapeut lever je een zichtbare en inhoudelijke bijdrage aan het behandeltraject van patiënten binnen de kliniek.

  • Je geeft zelfstandig dramatherapie, individueel en in groepsverband, op basis van multidisciplinaire behandelplannen.
  • Je werkt aan veranderings-, verwerkings- en acceptatieprocessen, gericht op risicoreductie en delictpreventie.
  • Je observeert sociaal en interactioneel gedrag en werkt methodisch aan uitbreiding van het gedragsrepertoire.
  • Je stelt vaktherapeutische (deel)behandelplannen op, evalueert deze en rapporteert in het EPD.
  • Je adviseert het behandelteam over voortgang, behandeling, beveiliging en verblijf.
  • Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan behandelprogramma’s zoals agressieregulatie, verslaving en seksueel grensoverschrijdend gedrag.
  • Je neemt deel aan multidisciplinaire overleggen, waaronder de Risico Management Groep.
  • Je denkt mee over de ontwikkeling van vaktherapie, behandelmodules en teamprocessen.

Hier kom jij te werken

Je gaat aan de slag bij FPC de Kijvelanden, onderdeel van Fivoor. In deze tbs-kliniek verblijven patiënten met complexe psychiatrische problematiek binnen een hoog beveiligde setting. De dynamiek is hoog en vraagt om professionals die scherp blijven, durven handelen en creatief zijn binnen duidelijke kaders.

Je maakt deel uit van de afdeling Vaktherapie, een hecht en deskundig team met collega’s uit verschillende vakdisciplines. Samen werken jullie nauw samen met behandelaren en afdelingen, zodat de behandeling meer is dan de som der delen.

Daarnaast hebben we recent nieuwe leefafdelingen geopend. Hier krijg je de kans om mee te bouwen aan een team, werkwijze en behandelklimaat.

Dit ben jij

Je bent een vaktherapeut die stevig staat, reflecteert op het eigen handelen en energie haalt uit werken met een complexe doelgroep.

  • Je hebt een erkende hbo- of wo-opleiding Dramatherapie.
  • Je bent een ervaren Vaktherapeut,
  • Je hebt ervaring met ST patiënten (met complexe persoonlijkheidsstoornissen),
  • Je bent geregistreerd in het Register Vaktherapie.
  • Je hebt kennis van psychopathologie en groepsdynamische processen.
  • Je hebt ervaring in de ggz; ervaring in de forensische psychiatrie is een pré.
  • Je werkt methodisch, rapporteert helder en bewaart overzicht.
  • Je bent creatief, stressbestendig en kunt relativeren, met gevoel voor humor.
  • Je werkt de-escalerend en draagt actief bij aan een veilige behandelomgeving.

Dit krijg jij van ons

Wij bieden jou een contract volgens cao GGZ voor bepaalde tijd ter zwangerschapsvervanging van 9 maanden. Deze functie is ingedeeld in functiegroep:

  • FWG 55 met een maximaal salaris van 5.294,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 36-urige werkweek.
