The posting

Als sociotherapeut in de tbs-kliniek werk je dagelijks aan veiligheid én herstel. Je begeleidt patiënten met complex gedrag, observeert veranderingen, voert behandeldoelen uit en stuurt bij waar nodig. Op de leefgroep maak jij het verschil: juist in de momenten waarop spanning oploopt, gedrag verandert of nieuwe stappen richting resocialisatie ontstaan.

Bij FPC de Kijvelanden krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid. Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair behandelteam en speelt een belangrijke rol in het verminderen van recidiverisico en het vergroten van perspectief.

Dit ga jij doen

Op de leefgroep vertaal je behandeling naar de praktijk. Je kijkt verder dan gedrag alleen en onderzoekt wat iemand nodig heeft om duurzame verandering mogelijk te maken.

  • Je voert de regie over het persoonlijk begeleiderschap van een aantal patiënten;
  • Je stelt begeleidingsplannen op, voert deze uit en evalueert de voortgang;
  • Je observeert gedrag, signaleert risico's en vertaalt jouw bevindingen naar behandeladviezen;
  • Je voert individuele gesprekken en begeleidt groepsmomenten;
  • Je motiveert patiënten om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor hun eigen ontwikkeling;
  • Je intervenieert bij spanningsopbouw, crisissituaties en grensoverschrijdend gedrag;
  • Je werkt intensief samen met psychologen, psychiaters, vaktherapeuten en andere disciplines;
  • Je rapporteert in het EPD en levert een inhoudelijke bijdrage aan multidisciplinaire overleggen.

Geen dag verloopt hetzelfde. Juist de combinatie van behandeling, veiligheid en menselijk contact maakt dit werk uitdagend.

Hier kom jij te werken

FPC de Kijvelanden is een forensisch psychiatrisch centrum in Poortugaal. Hier behandelen we mensen met een tbs-maatregel die intensieve begeleiding nodig hebben om veilig terug te keren naar de samenleving.

Je werkt op een leefafdeling waar behandeling en beveiliging continu samenkomen. De dagelijkse interacties op de groep vormen een belangrijk onderdeel van het behandelproces. Daarom heb je als sociotherapeut direct invloed op de ontwikkeling van patiënten.

Onze kliniek bestaat uit verschillende afdelingen met elk een eigen dynamiek. Op sommige afdelingen ligt de nadruk op stabilisatie en structuur. Andere afdelingen richten zich meer op gedragsverandering, resocialisatie en behandeling. Samen met jouw collega's zorg je voor een veilig leefklimaat waarin patiënten kunnen oefenen met nieuw gedrag.

Daarnaast hebben we recent nieuwe leefafdelingen geopend. Hier krijg je de kans om mee te bouwen aan een team, werkwijze en behandelklimaat.

Dit ben jij

  • Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, zoals Social Work, SPH, HBO-V, Toegepaste Psychologie, Pedagogiek, Psychologie of vergelijkbaar;
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de ggz, jeugdzorg, forensische zorg, gehandicaptenzorg of een vergelijkbare complexe zorgomgeving;
  • Je hebt ervaring met het begeleiden van cliënten of patiënten met complex gedrag;
  • Je kunt observaties vertalen naar concrete interventies en behandeladviezen;
  • Je werkt graag multidisciplinair en draagt actief bij aan de kwaliteit van zorg.

Dit krijg jij van ons

Een uitdagende baan volgens cao ggz voor bepaalde tijd, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. Afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring word je ingeschaald in FWG 50 met een maximumsalaris van € 4.716, - bruto per maand (o.b.v. 36 uur), exclusief onregelmatigheidstoeslag (ORT).
