Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze IT-dienstverlening betrouwbaar, betaalbaar en toekomstbestendig blijft. Met scherpe contractafspraken, grip op licenties en financieel inzicht maak jij dagelijks het verschil voor collega's én cliënten. Binnen Fivoor krijg je de ruimte om regie te nemen op complexe IT-contracten en samen te werken met specialisten uit verschillende vakgebieden.

Dit ga jij doen

Als ICT contractmanager vorm je de zakelijke en financiële schakel tussen ICT, interne stakeholders en externe leveranciers. Je houdt overzicht over contracten, licenties en budgetten en zorgt dat afspraken bijdragen aan de strategische doelen van Fivoor.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • het regisseren van de volledige levenscyclus van ICT-contracten voor hardware, software, SaaS-oplossingen, cloud-diensten en externe inhuur;
  • het professionaliseren van software asset management (SAM) en het optimaliseren van licentiegebruik en -kosten;
  • het beheren van de ICT-begroting, forecasts, spendanalyses en factuurstromen in samenwerking met de business controller;
  • het voeren van contract- en prijsonderhandelingen met leveranciers;
  • het optreden als zakelijk escalatiepunt richting leveranciers;
  • het bewaken van contractuele afspraken rondom AVG, verwerkersovereenkomsten, NEN 7510 en NIS2;
  • het adviseren van directie en management over sourcingvraagstukken, marktontwikkelingen en leveranciersstrategieën.

Samen met de servicemanager en de coördinatoren binnen ICT vorm je het tactische fundament van de afdeling.

Hier kom jij te werken

Je gaat aan de slag binnen de afdeling Informatie- en Communicatietechnologie (ICT) van Fivoor. Deze afdeling ondersteunt collega's in de zorg én bedrijfsvoering met betrouwbare en innovatieve IT-oplossingen.

Binnen het team werk je nauw samen met collega's van ICT, Inkoop, Financiën & Control en Juridische Zaken. Ook onderhoud je intensief contact met softwareleveranciers, cloudpartners en andere externe partijen. De dynamiek is hoog: je schakelt tussen strategie, financiën, contractmanagement en de dagelijkse praktijk.

Samen zorgen jullie voor een veilige en professionele digitale omgeving waarin collega's optimaal hun werk kunnen doen voor onze cliënten.

Dit ben jij

  • Je hebt hbo+ of wo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Bedrijfskunde, Bedrijfseconomie, ICT of Rechten.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring met IT-contractmanagement, leveranciersmanagement en software asset management.
  • Je hebt kennis van contractmanagementmethodieken zoals CATS CM of IACCM.
  • Je hebt ervaring met IT-kaders zoals ITIL, ISM en informatiebeveiligingsnormen zoals NEN 7510.
  • Je hebt ervaring met financieel beheer, begrotingen en leveranciersonderhandelingen.

Dit krijg jij van ons

Wij bieden jou een contract volgens cao ggz voor bepaalde tijd met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling. Deze functie is ingedeeld in functiegroep:

  • FWG 60 met een maximaal salaris van €5901,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 36-urige werkweek.
