The posting

Werken met patiënten die meer vragen dan reguliere ggz-zorg. Als verpleegkundige ggz bij FPA Utrecht in Den Dolder combineer je verpleegkundige zorg met intensieve begeleiding. Je biedt structuur, houdt overzicht in complexe situaties en draagt dagelijks bij aan een veilig behandelklimaat voor patiënten én collega’s.

Dit ga jij doen

Als verpleegkundige ggz speel je een belangrijke rol in de behandeling en begeleiding van patiënten binnen de forensische psychiatrie. Je observeert, signaleert en handelt wanneer situaties daarom vragen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines. Als verpleegkundige wordt in het bijzonder ook jouw beoordeling van de somatische situatie van de patiënten meegewogen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • observeren en interpreteren van de lichamelijke en psychiatrische toestand van patiënten;
  • uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen op verschillende afdelingen;
  • begeleiden van patiënten in hun dagelijkse leefsituatie;
  • bijdragen aan een veilig en voorspelbaar leef- en behandelklimaat;
  • signaleren van veranderingen in gedrag of gezondheid en daarop adequaat handelen;
  • afstemmen met psychologen, psychiaters, maatschappelijk werkers en begeleiders;
  • ondersteunen van patiënten bij het behalen van hun behandeldoelen.

Je werkt in dag-, avond- en nachtdiensten. De nachtdiensten verdelen we over de hele kliniek.

Hier kom jij te werken

Je gaat aan de slag bij FPA Utrecht in Den Dolder. Hier behandelen we patiënten die in aanraking zijn gekomen met justitie of waarbij dat risico aanwezig is. Sommige patiënten verblijven bij ons vanuit een strafrechtelijke maatregel, anderen ontvangen vrijwillig behandeling.

De dynamiek binnen de kliniek vraagt om vakmanschap, samenwerking en een scherp observatievermogen. Geen dag verloopt hetzelfde. Juist dat maakt dit werk uitdagend en betekenisvol. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een veilige omgeving waarin patiënten kunnen werken aan herstel, stabilisatie en toekomstperspectief.

Het multidisciplinaire team bestaat uit verpleegkundigen, begeleiders, psychologen, psychiaters en maatschappelijk werkers. Samen leveren jullie iedere dag specialistische zorg aan een complexe doelgroep.

Dit ben jij

  • Je hebt een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding verpleegkunde.
  • Je beschikt over een geldige BIG-registratie.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de ggz of een vergelijkbare zorgomgeving.
  • Je bent bereid om onregelmatige diensten te werken.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Dit krijg jij van ons

Wij bieden jou een contract volgens cao ggz voor bepaalde tijd met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling. Deze functie is ingedeeld in functiegroep:

  • FWG 45 of FWG 50 met een maximaal salaris van €4273,- of €4716,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 36-urige werkweek.
