Wil jij jouw expertise als psychomotorisch therapeut inzetten om cliënten in beweging te krijgen, letterlijk én figuurlijk? Dan is de functie van PMT'er binnen het ambulante team van Wier Flevoland iets voor jou.

Vanwege uitbreiding van ons behandelaanbod zoeken wij een betrokken en enthousiaste psychomotorisch therapeut die graag ambulant werkt en samen met cliënten en collega's werkt aan herstel, ontwikkeling en maatschappelijke participatie.

Dit ga jij doen

Als psychomotorisch therapeut maak je deel uit van het ambulante FACT- en poliklinische team van Wier Flevoland. Je behandelt cliënten met een licht verstandelijke beperking (LVB), vaak in combinatie met psychiatrische, verslavings- en/of gedragsproblematiek. Bij een deel van de doelgroep is tevens sprake van een forensische achtergrond.

Vanuit jouw vakgebied help je cliënten inzicht te krijgen in hun gedrag, emoties, grenzen en mogelijkheden. Door middel van lichaams- en bewegingsgerichte interventies werk je aan behandeldoelen rondom onder andere emotieregulatie, weerbaarheid, spanning, impulscontrole, zelfbeeld en sociale interactie.

Je werkt nauw samen met de regiebehandelaar, casemanagers en andere disciplines binnen het multidisciplinaire team. Daarbij lever je vanuit PMT een belangrijke bijdrage aan het totale behandeltraject.

Verder:

  • geef je individuele psychomotorische therapie aan ambulante cliënten;
  • observeer, signaleer en rapporteer je ontwikkelingen binnen de behandeling;
  • lever je een bijdrage aan behandelplannen, evaluaties en multidisciplinair overleg;
  • vertaal je behandeldoelen naar passende bewegings- en ervaringsgerichte interventies;
  • werk je samen met cliënten aan thema's als emotieregulatie, spanning, agressie, sociale vaardigheden en zelfvertrouwen;
  • onderhoud je contact met collega's en betrokken netwerkpartners wanneer dat relevant is voor de behandeling;
  • draag je actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van vaktherapie binnen het ambulante team.

Het werk is afwisselend en vraagt om creativiteit, flexibiliteit en zelfstandigheid. Tegelijkertijd maak je onderdeel uit van een ervaren team waarin collega's elkaar ondersteunen, kennis delen en gezamenlijk verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de behandeling van cliënten.

Hier kom jij te werken

Je wordt onderdeel van het ambulante team van Wier Flevoland, bestaande uit FACT-zorg en poliklinische behandeling. Binnen het team werken onder andere psychiaters, psychologen, verpleegkundig specialisten, casemanagers en vaktherapeuten nauw met elkaar samen.

Behandelcentrum Wier is onderdeel van Fivoor en biedt hoogspecialistische zorg aan mensen met een licht verstandelijke beperking (IQ 50-85) en ernstige gedrags- en/of psychiatrische problematiek (SGLVG). Vanuit onze klinieken en ambulante teams werken we aan duurzame verandering en maatschappelijke veiligheid.

Binnen het ambulante team wordt gewerkt vanuit een shared caseload. Dat betekent dat je niet alleen betrokken bent bij je eigen behandelingen, maar ook actief meedenkt met collega's over complexe casuïstiek. Door verschillende expertises te bundelen leveren we maatwerk aan cliënten met vaak langdurige en complexe hulpvragen.

Dit ben jij

Je bent een enthousiaste en zelfstandige psychomotorisch therapeut die gemakkelijk contact maakt en cliënten weet te motiveren. Je kunt goed aansluiten bij mensen met een LVB en complexe psychiatrische problematiek en weet jouw behandelingen af te stemmen op wat de cliënt nodig heeft.

Daarnaast heb je:

  • een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Vaktherapie met specialisatie Psychomotorische Therapie (PMT);
  • een geldige registratie in het Register Vaktherapie;
  • affiniteit met de doelgroep LVB en complexe psychiatrische problematiek;
  • bij voorkeur ervaring binnen de ggz, gehandicaptenzorg of forensische zorg;
  • kennis van psychopathologie en groepsdynamische processen;
  • goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een multidisciplinaire werkhouding;
  • een zelfstandige, flexibele en oplossingsgerichte instelling;
  • een rijbewijs B.

Dit krijg jij van ons

Wij bieden jou een contract volgens cao ggz voor bepaalde tijd met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling. Deze functie is ingedeeld in functiegroep:

  • FWG 55 met een maximaal salaris van € 5.294,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 36-urige werkweek.
