Ben jij een verpleegkundige met een hart voor de ggz die niet terugdeinst voor complexe problematiek? Als verpleegkundige op de Forensische Verslavingskliniek (FVK) in Poortugaal behandel en begeleid je patiënten met een combinatie van psychiatrie en verslaving. Je werkt in een beveiligde omgeving (beveiligingsniveau 3) waar zorg, structuur en veiligheid samenkomen. Samen met je collega’s maak je impact: voor het herstel van de patiënt en voor een veiliger maatschappij.

Dit ga jij doen

Als verpleegkundige op de FVK kijk je met een brede blik naar de patiënt. Je bent continu bezig met het observeren en interpreteren van zowel de lichamelijke als de psychiatrische toestand van de patiënt. De combinatie van verslaving, psychiatrie en forensische zorg maakt jouw werk inhoudelijk uitdagend en dynamisch.

  • Je draagt bij aan het in stand houden en bevorderen van het behandel- en leefklimaat waarin ondersteuning, structuur en veiligheid centraal staan.
  • Je begeleidt patiënten in hun dagelijkse leefsituatie en voert verpleegtechnische handelingen en somatische screenings uit.
  • Je voert gesprekken met patiënten om hen te motiveren naar een gezondere leefstijl en herstel.
  • Je ondersteunt, begeleidt en verzorgt patiënten binnen jouw caseload en zorgt voor structuur en continuïteit binnen het zorgproces.
  • Je stemt intensief af met je collega's in het multidisciplinaire team en draagt zorg voor een soepele overdracht tussen de wisselende diensten (dag-, avond- en nachtdiensten).

Hier kom jij te werken

Je gaat aan de slag bij de Forensische Verslavingskliniek (FVK Rotterdam) in Poortugaal. Hier behandelen we patiënten (mannen en vrouwen vanaf 18 jaar) die vanwege hun psychiatrische gedragsproblemen en verslaving in aanraking zijn gekomen met politie of justitie. Ons doel is om deze patiënten veilig en succesvol te laten terugkeren in de maatschappij, al dan niet via de reguliere psychiatrie.

FVK Rotterdam is een beveiligde kliniek met beveiligingsniveau 3. Dat betekent dat je werkt binnen een gesloten, strak gestructureerde setting met duidelijke kaders, waar veiligheid voor patiënten, medewerkers en omgeving centraal staat.

Samen met begeleiders, psychologen, psychiaters en maatschappelijk werkers vorm je een hecht multidisciplinair team dat elke dag topzorg levert. De lijnen zijn kort en jullie vullen elkaar aan waar nodig. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor.

Dit ben jij

Je staat stevig in je schoenen, laat je niet afschrikken door weerstand en kunt goed handelen binnen een strak gestructureerde forensische setting. Je zit niet bij de pakken neer als het een keer tegenzit; je toont doorzettingsvermogen tot jouw doel bereikt is en gebruikt humor om te relativeren.

  • Je hebt een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding tot verpleegkundige.
  • Je hebt enige relevante kennis of ervaring binnen de ggz.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om wisselende diensten te werken (dag, avond en nacht).
  • Je durft positie in te nemen, stelt duidelijke grenzen en blijft altijd samenwerkingsgericht.

Dit krijg jij van ons

Wij bieden jou een contract volgens cao ggz voor bepaalde tijd met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling. Deze functie is ingedeeld in functiegroep 45/50 met een maximaal salaris van €4.273,-/ €4.716,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 36-urige werkweek. Het uiteindelijke salaris is afhankelijk van jouw opleiding en werkervaring.
