Misión del puesto: Realizar labores de apoyo y asesoría técnica especializada, tanto a clientes de la empresa, como el departamento comercial de Fusionet, con fin de atender los requerimientos comerciales en cuanto a diseño de soluciones, sea esta concerniente a equipo, servicio o proyectos. Requirements REQUISITOS: El arquitecto de soluciones es responsable por entender y diseñar el requerimiento basado en las necesidades del cliente. Tiene que conocer sobre diagramas, realizar BOMs, diseños de alto nivel, documentación de un caso de negocios. - Debe de tener experiencia comprobada en diseño soluciones de HCI, en componentes de Computo, Storage, Networking. - Debe de tener experiencia comprobada en diseño de soluciones de Nube, multinube o nubes híbridas. - Tener la capacidad de defender diseños, hacer procesos de presentaciones de tecnologías a foros de más de 10 personas, capacidad de investigación de nuevas tecnologías y tendencias. - Tener certificaciones como CCNP o CCIE Datacenter, Purestorage, Dell/EMC - Mas de 7 años de experiencia en puestos similares. RESPONSABILIDADES: - Ser el responsable de la conceptualización y diseño de soluciones de Fusionet, según los requerimientos de los clientes de la compañía y siempre que sea necesario, apoyado con el Líder Técnico que corresponda para garantizar la mejor calidad de la propuesta a presentar. -Acompañar al departamento comercial en los procesos de desarrollo de oportunidades de negocio, lo que puede implicar tareas de investigación, presentación, visita a clientes, diseño de pruebas, pilotos o workshops, entre otros que sean requeridos. - Realizar procesos de investigación, capacitación, certificación o de prueba que sean requeridas para asegurar su dominio de los servicios y productos tecnológicos que representa la compañía, de manera que sus diseños se apeguen a las mejores prácticas en la materia y garantice la calidad que más tarde se verá plasmada en la implementación de las soluciones. -Realizar procesos de investigación de productos y servicios ofertados por la competencia, para determinar la calidad y su oferta y establecer a partir de allí procesos de retroalimentación a lo interno. - Diseñar productos y servicios según tendencias de mercado. - Revisar a solicitud de sus superiores o Consultores de Negocios, carteles de licitación o requerimientos de sus clientes, para determinar si técnicamente es una opción viable para Fusionet.
