Misión del puesto: Asistir al personal del departamento comercial de la empresa en labores propias de la asesoría a los clientes del sector gobierno y privado, en temas de soluciones integrales para la optimización de sus procesos tecnológicos y el manejo de procesos licitatorios. Requirements Participar activamente en apoyo a los Consultores de Negocios y Arquitectos de Soluciones en la elaboración de respuestas a Carteles de Licitación, lo que incluye elaboración de documentos, búsqueda de requisitos, coordinar la elaboración de documentos legales, coordinar certificaciones solicitadas, coordinación de pagos, mensajería, realizar labores de fotocopiado y compaginación cuando sea requerido, entre otros. Responsable de mantener actualizada la base de datos de contratos de servicio, garantías y otros ofrecidos a los clientes, labor que coordinará con el Services Manager de manera que se maneja la misma información en ambos departamentos y existan dos puntos de consulta para los colaboradores de la empresa. Mantener actualizada la base de datos de clientes de la organización, tanto archivos de proyectos como perfiles de clientes en el CRM, en cumplimiento de las políticas, procesos y procedimientos de la organización. Realizar revisiones periódicas y al azar de Clientes y oportunidades específicas para el CRM, de manera que pueda detectarse el cumplimiento de los procesos aprobados y se solvente cualquier desviación o falta de información de manera oportuna, en conjunto con el Consultor de Negocios encargado de cada cuenta. Realizar revisiones constantes de fuentes de información que puedan brindar luz sobre oportunidades de negocio que luego corroborará con la Gerente Comercial o los Consultores de Negocios y definir si la misma ya ha sido visualizada y si procede trabajar esa oportunidad. Realizar diversas labores asistenciales y de oficina que pueden incluir y no limitarse a: generación de documentos e informes, archivo de documentos, generación de bases de datos y análisis de información, cartas para clientes, realizar minutas de reuniones, atención telefónica, realización de sondeos o campañas de mercadeo de diversa naturaleza.
