Misión del puesto: Brindar servicios de implementación en sitio o remotos a las soluciones de tecnología para los clientes de Fusionet. Requirements Implementar, configurar y gestionar la solución asignada, según los requerimientos del cliente y las especificaciones detalladas en la documentación del proyecto. Documentar los diagramas de las soluciones de redes y el inventario del equipo del cliente. Atender problemas con la configuración o diseño de las soluciones tecnológicas o de equipos de los clientes. Administrar, configurar y dar soporte a los dispositivos tecnológicos del cliente. Velar por el cumplimiento de los tiempos de los proyectos de acuerdo a los objetivos y cronograma de actividades. Colaborar con los compañeros del área en la solución de casos, diseños e implementaciones de las tecnologías. Realizar los informes solicitados por el cliente y Redes Fusionet, respecto a la red y equipos monitoreados. Documentar los casos y problemas que presentan las tecnologías implementadas durante los proyectos. Colaborar con el diseño de la plataforma tecnológica para el cliente asignado. Realizar presentaciones o capacitar al personal y clientes de la empresa en la tecnología de su competencia, tecnologías nuevas o desconocidas por éstos. Atender de manera precisa los procesos de desarrollo y capacitación que sean diseñados para el cargo que ocupa. Velar por el buen funcionamiento y uso de las instalaciones, equipos e instrumentos que utiliza en el desarrollo de sus actividades, reportando cualquier anomalía o daño importante que se presente a su superior inmediato. Realizar otras funciones propias del cargo o aquellas que le sean asignadas por su superior inmediato. Atender de manera precisa los procesos de desarrollo y capacitación que sean necesarias para el cargo que ocupa. Mantener en todo momento acciones de autodesarrollo que impulsen la evolución de su perfil tanto a nivel técnico como a nivel blando. Colaborar en las actividades de mejora del Clima Organizacional de su equipo de trabajo.
