Misión del puesto: Supervisa el monitoreo y realiza las asignaciones de tareas a los Oficiales de Monitoreo NOC. Seguimiento a la atención de fallas de Red y solicitudes de los clientes y la coordinación con los diferentes colaboradores de Servicios Tecnológicos para la atención de las mismas. Supervisa a: Agentes NOC Requirements Vigilar el cumplimiento de los SLOs (Service Level Objectives) y el Uptime de los elementos monitoreados según cada cliente. Llevar el control de las alertas procesadas por el área de monitoreo. Alimentar la base de datos de los clientes a los que se les brinda soporte, con respecto a la atención de casos, corresponde a la información de SLAs, configuraciones, contraseñas, etc. Responsable de la planificación diaria y mensual de Informes, así como de rendimientos de la infraestructura de los clientes. Garantizar que el monitoreo de las redes de los clientes se realicen de manera pasiva o proactiva con el objetivo de detectar fallos o tendencias que puedan afectar el desempeño de las mismas, junto con el equipo de oficiales de Monitoreo NOC se debe coordinar la realización de actividades preventivas. Proporcionar soporte técnico a los usuarios y clientes en caso de problemas técnicos, en caso de sobre carga o disponibilidad del personal de OM. Liderar y supervisar al personal del NOC realizando una constante evaluación y valoración de los agentes en cada jornada. Asegurar que se cumplan todos los indicadores y procedimientos con calidad y dentro de la línea base del servicio establecido por la empresa. Dar seguimiento del estado, curso y soluciones de cualquier evento o problema que se presente en el Monitoreo y documentarlos para asegurar que los problemas identificados se abordan y resuelven. Participar en la creación de procesos y buenas prácticas para el área del NOC. Ser participe activo de la mejora continua de su equipo de trabajo, con respecto a búsqueda de procesos de capacitación y gestión de la base del conocimiento. Atender de manera precisa los procesos de desarrollo y capacitación que sean diseñados para el cargo que ocupa. Velar por el buen funcionamiento y uso de las instalaciones, equipos e instrumentos que utiliza en el desarrollo de sus actividades, reportando cualquier anomalía o daño importante que se presente a su superior inmediato. Realizar otras funciones propias del cargo o aquellas que le sean asignadas por su superior inmediato. Mantener en todo momento acciones de autodesarrollo que impulsen la evolución de su perfil tanto a nivel técnico como a nivel blando. Colaborar en las actividades de mejora del Clima Organizacional de su equipo de trabajo.
