Concepteur, constructeur, promoteur et gestionnaire, GA Smart Building propose des solutions smart, design et connectées.

Nous nous appuyons sur une forte approche industrielle à dominante hors-site et fabriquons dans nos 8 usines françaises réparties sur l’ensemble du territoire les différents composants destinés à la construction des projets immobiliers que nous concevons puis les assemblons sur site.

Niwa, notre Siège Social, est situé à Toulouse et nous intervenons sur la France entière.

Poste

En tant qu’assistant.e administratif.ve, vous êtes rattaché.e au Directeur de l’Ingénierie du Groupe GA, et basé.e à Toulouse. Vous intervenez en appui transversal auprès de l’ensemble des équipes du pôle ingénierie.

Vous serez amené.e à intervenir sur les tâches suivantes :

  • Support administratif général : Appui du Directeur dans le cadre de démarches administratives ; gestion des déplacements ; Mise en forme de documents / aide à la conception : supports de présentations, comptes-rendus de réunions, de visites… ; Organisation d’évènements pour l’équipe ; Archivage des différents documents
  • Gestion documentaire et diffusion : diffusion des documents du Bureau d’Etudes sur les différentes plateformes électroniques en fonction des projets, envoi de plans ;
  • Etablissement des commandes, gestion des contrats et des dossiers administratifs de réponse aux appels d’offre ou de certifications, suivi des paiements ;
  • Tenue des tableaux de pointage des différentes équipes : relances, synthèse trimestrielle, mise à jour régulière des tableaux de suivi ;
  • Appui à la réponse aux appels d’offre : aide à la réalisation de documents (présentations, références, CV), montage de dossiers administratifs ;
  • Contribution aux études : Assistance à la formalisation des veilles dans les domaines ; Assistance enquête client : organisation, suivi, relance, et synthèse des entretiens

Profil recherché

  • Vous êtes diplômé.e d’un Bac+2 en administratif ou d’une formation similaire ?
  • Vous disposez d’une première expérience en gestion administrative ?
  • Vous possédez d’excellentes qualités rédactionnelles et vous êtes doté.e d’une bonne maitrise des outils bureautiques ?
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d’adaptabilité, et avez un très bon relationnel vous permettant de communiquer avec différents interlocuteur.rice.s ?
