Nous vous proposons ce poste en CDI au sein de notre Usine de préfabrication béton située à Labège, à proximité de Toulouse.

Concepteur, constructeur, promoteur et gestionnaire, GA Smart Building propose des solutions smart, design et connectées.

Nous nous appuyons sur une forte approche industrielle et fabriquons dans nos 8 usines françaises réparties sur l’ensemble du territoire, les différents composants destinés à la construction des projets immobiliers que nous concevons puis les assemblons sur site.

Poste

En tant qu'Agent.e maintenance & magasin F/H vous êtes rattaché.e au Responsable Maintenance, et basé.e à Labège.

  • Vous assurez la réception, le stockage, la préparation et l’expédition, du matériel et des fournitures dans le respect des procédures
  • Vous gérez la gestion de stock, les commandes de réapprovisionnement, les mouvements informatiques de stock, les inventaires et la vérification de matériel
  • Vous effectuez les opérations de maintenance de 1er niveau sur les équipements du magasin
  • Vous traitez les demandes des chefs de hall / parc / ferraille / préfabrication / responsable de service
  • Vous gérez les flux de camions de livraison sur le site et les déchargements de gros volumes
  • Vous assurez le nettoyage journalier des bennes à béton dans le cadre de l’installation du traitement/recyclage des eaux de nettoyage
  • Vous procédez de manière périodique au curage des fosses de décantation

En suppléance, vous participez à la conduite des camions toupies béton, conduite de la centrale à béton et opérations de maintenance.

Profil recherché

  • Vous êtes diplômé.e d’un CAP, BEP, Bac pro ou équivalent
  • Vous disposez d’une première expérience sur des missions similaires ?
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d’autonomie, de méthode, et d’un bon esprit d’équipe ?

Etre titulaire d'un ou des CACES suivant.s est un plus : CACES R489 - Chariot élévateur catégorie 3 // CACES R484 - Pont roulant // CACES R482 - Chariot manuscopique // CACES R486 – nacelle catégorie B // CACES R482 – Mini Pelle
