Nous vous proposons ce poste en CDI au sein de notre Usine de préfabrication béton située à Labège, à proximité de Toulouse.

Concepteur, constructeur, promoteur et gestionnaire, GA Smart Building propose des solutions smart, design et connectées.

Nous nous appuyons sur une forte approche industrielle et fabriquons dans nos 8 usines françaises réparties sur l’ensemble du territoire, les différents composants destinés à la construction des projets immobiliers que nous concevons puis les assemblons sur site.

Votre mission

Au sein de l’usine PREGA située à Labège (préfabrication d'éléments en bétons armés et précontraints), filiale du Groupe GA, vous reportez directement au Directeur de l’usine, et êtes en lien étroit avec la Directrice Santé Sécurité et Environnement du Groupe GA (basée au siège à Toulouse).

En tant qu’animateur.trice HSE, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Vous assurez le suivi hygiène et sécurité des salariés de l’usine : Accueil des nouveaux arrivants et suivi de leur intégration (formation, autorisations, analyse AT/MP, visites médicales) ; Animation de la communication HSE et formation des salariés (1/4 d'heures sécurité, suivi des formations et des autorisations conduite/machines) ; Pilotage des actions (réunions, compte-rendu, suivi du plan, stratégie, indicateurs) ; Compléter la déclaration des accidents, incidents, de PASDs (outil Symalean), analyse et diffusion de l’information ; Analyse annuelle du DUERP et de ses annexes (risques chimique, ATEX, pénibilité, RPS) ; Déploiement du plan d’actions stratégique SSE à son site
  • Vous êtes chargé.e des problématiques environnementales de l’usine : Sensibilisation du personnel à l’environnement (animation de 1/4 d'heures environnement) ; Filières de traitement des déchets (rotation, inventaire, BSD, registre déchets) ; Suivi ICPE (prélèvements, dossiers administratifs) ; Contribution aux actions nécessaires dans le cadre de la certification ISO 14001 en lien fonctionnel avec le service support en charge de la coordination générale ; Renseignement mensuel du tableau du suivi énergétique du site (eau, électricité, GNR, …) ; Déclaration et traitement des PASD environnementaux (symalean) et suit leur traitement..

Vous assurez une veille règlementaire de premier niveau sur l’ensemble des sujets HSE.

  • Vous êtes diplômé.e d’un BTS / DUT ou licence professionnelle dans le domaine HSE?
  • Vous justifiez de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience réussie sur un poste similaire ?
