Nous nous appuyons sur une forte approche industrielle à dominante hors-site et fabriquons dans nos 8 usines françaises réparties sur l’ensemble du territoire les différents composants destinés à la construction des projets immobiliers que nous concevons puis les assemblons sur site.

Niwa, notre Siège Social, est situé à Toulouse et nous intervenons sur la France entière.

Votre mission

Vous êtes rattaché.e à la Responsable Pôle Comptabilité Générale et basé.e à Toulouse. Vous prenez en charge, pour un portefeuille de sociétés, les tâches suivantes :

  • Vous réalisez le traitement et le suivi des immobilisations ;
  • Vous calculez et envoyez les déclarations de taxes ;
  • Vous suivez et mettez à jour les variations de capitaux propres ;
  • Vous réconciliez mensuellement les comptes de charges fiscales et sociales ;
  • Vous assurez le traitement des subventions et de la production immobilisée ;
  • Vous prenez en charge les travaux de clôture trimestriels et annuels et réalisez l’ensemble des travaux de révision comptable pour votre portefeuille de sociétés. Vous devrez notamment réaliser les travaux de cut-off, la justification de l’ensemble des comptes de bilan et tenir des dossiers de révisions ;
  • Vous êtes en charge de l’établissement des liasses fiscales ;
  • Vous participez aux travaux de consolidation trimestriel et annuel (pré-remplissage des liasses de consolidation dans l’outil ViaReport et réconciliation des flux intragroupe) ;
  • Vous participez à la mise à jour des procédures et processus Finance ;

Une formation au logiciel de l’entreprise vous sera dispensée dès votre arrivée.

  • Vous êtes diplômé.e d’un bac+2 minimum en comptabilité (BTS Comptabilité minimum)
  • Vous justifiez d’une dizaine d’années d’expérience sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans un environnement multi-sites / multi-sociétés.
  • Avoir une expérience sur un ERP est appréciable
  • Autonome, dynamique, organisé.e, rigoureux.se et fiable, vous avez envie de vous investir et vous disposez de qualités relationnelles afin de répondre aux demandes internes et externes.
