Promoteur, concepteur, industriel, constructeur et gestionnaire, GA Smart Building propose des solutions smart, design et connectées.

Forts de notre expertise dans la fabrication hors site et de notre approche industrielle, nous fabriquons dans nos 9 usines françaises réparties sur l’ensemble du territoire les différents composants (poteaux, poutres, dalles, façades) destinés à la construction des projets immobiliers que nous concevons puis les assemblons sur site.

Niwa, notre Siège Social, est situé à Toulouse et nous intervenons sur le territoire national.

Poste

Rattaché.e hiérarchiquement au Directeur des opérations et partenaire privilégié.e du Directeur Contrôle de Gestion Groupe mais aussi des responsables d'opérations ou responsables de sections, vous êtes basé.e sur le site de Toulouse. Vous intervenez auprès des fonctions travaux, installation matériel chantier. Vous pouvez être amené.e à vous déplacer ponctuellement.

Vos missions sont les suivantes :

₋ Assurer le contrôle de gestion de l’ensemble des projets de GA construction

₋ Accompagner les responsables de projet dans la réalisation des prévisionnels financiers

₋ Réaliser analyses financières nécessaire au pilotage des opérations ainsi qu’assurer les retours d’expérience au pôle étude et projet

₋ Assurer le contrôle de gestion et analyses financière des sections GA construction de pour réaliser leur budget, valoriser les Taux d’unité d’œuvre, frais de service...

₋ Participer à la consolidation des projets et sections de GA entreprise

₋ Participer à la réalisation des prévisionnels consolidés des projets avec les autres entités du groupe…

₋ Participer au développement du SI Groupe (IFS) et revoir les process

Vous êtes force de proposition pour développer le contrôle de gestion et développer nos outils BI.

Vous appréciez les échanges avec le terrain/ les acteurs des chantiers de construction, les équipes comptables, achat…

Vous participerez également au process de mise en place de notre nouvel ERP Groupe.

Profil recherché

₋ Vous êtes diplômé.e d’un Master Finance ;

₋ Vous disposez d’une expérience de 10 ans en contrôle de gestion secteur travaux ;

₋ Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise du Pack Office et notamment Excel et de bonnes connaissances comptable ; une connaissance de PowerBI est un plus.

₋ Vous êtes autonome et rigoureux.euse, avec une appétence pour le développement d’outils de gestion, de fortes qualités relationnelles reconnues tant avec les opérationnels que le management et vous faites preuve d’agilité et d’un sens des priorités pour répondre aux besoins de vos clients internes.
