Concepteur, constructeur, promoteur et gestionnaire, GA Smart Building propose des solutions smart, design et connectées. Nous nous appuyons sur une forte approche industrielle et fabriquons dans nos 8 usines françaises réparties sur l’ensemble du territoire, les différents composants destinés à la construction des projets immobiliers que nous concevons puis les assemblons sur site.

Poste

Pour accompagner notre développement, nous créons un poste de Contrôleur.se de Gestion sociale/Ressources Humaines. Vous intégrerez la Direction financière au sein du service de Contrôle de gestion, en lien matriciel avec la Direction des Ressources Humaines.

En collaboration étroite avec les équipes de la Directrice des Ressources Humaines et du contrôle de gestion, vous interviendrez sur :

La réalisation des rapports sociaux

  • Réaliser les rapports sociaux légaux et notamment le bilan social, l’Index Hommes Femmes, données NAO, DOETH (déclaration annuelle obligatoire d’emploi des travailleurs handicapés) ainsi que la BDESE
  • Assurer le reporting des données sociales pour les différentes parties prenantes du Groupe (ex : les salariés avec la réalisation d’un bilan social individualisé, le reporting mensuel au comité de direction…)
  • Préparer la mise en place de la directive européenne sur les salaires
  • Participer aux projets digitaux permettant le partage de données sociales au sein de l’entreprise.

Les analyses et les plans d’actions RH

  • Alerter les ressources humaines sur les dérives possibles (ex : augmentation de l’absentéisme dans un service...), et mettre en place des indicateurs spécifiques
  • Réaliser des études spécifiques (absentéisme, masse salariale...) et proposer des plans d’action associés en vue d’améliorer la gestion des ressources humaines

Les audits de performances extra financières

  • Préparer les données des audits de performances extra financières et assurer la présentation au auditeurs externes

Les rémunérations des salariés du Groupe

  • Participer à la mise en place du FCPE du Groupe
  • Réaliser une analyse de la structure des rémunérations pratiquées dans l’entreprise avec les données du marché.
  • Structurer et vérifier l'application de la rémunération variable

Elaborer et suivre le plan de recrutement annuel en collaboration avec les Responsables RH du groupe

Profil recherché

  • Diplômé.e d’une formation Bac+5 (finance, contrôle de gestion, école de commerce, etc.)
  • Expérience confirmée (5 à 10 ans minimum) en contrôle de gestion sociale
  • Maîtrise avancée des outils de reporting (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
  • Sens de l’analyse, rigueur, autonomie, et appétence pour le travail d’équipe
