Nous nous appuyons sur une forte approche industrielle à dominante hors-site et fabriquons dans nos 8 usines françaises réparties sur l’ensemble du territoire les différents composants destinés à la construction des projets immobiliers que nous concevons puis les assemblons sur site.

Niwa, notre Siège Social, est situé à Toulouse et nous intervenons sur la France entière.

Poste

Votre mission, si vous l’acceptez…

En tant que Responsable d’Affaires Métallerie Serrurerie, vous êtes rattaché.e au service Métallerie de notre entité GA Entreprise. Vous intervenez sur des chantiers basés sur le territoire français et vous pouvez être amené.e à vous déplacer.

Vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la conception des structures métalliques, des éléments de serrurerie, vous proposez des solutions techniques avant d’assurer le suivi complet des chantiers.

  • Vous analysez les dossiers d’appels d’offres ;
  • Vous réalisez les études techniques et les chiffrages ;
  • Vous élaborez les devis et les propositions commerciales ;
  • Vous assurez la gestion et le pilotage des travaux : gestion financière, suivi du planning, suivi technique et humain ;
  • Vous participez à la relation client et sous-traitant.

Ces missions, non exhaustives, sont réalisées dans le respect des normes délais, qualité et sécurité.

Profil recherché

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac +3/+5 en génie civil / construction métallique ?
  • Vous justifiez d’au moins 7 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire, dans la construction industrielle, tertiaire, résidentielle, en neuf ou en rénovation ?
  • Vous disposez de solides connaissances des structures métalliques, du chiffrage et du suivi de chantier ?
  • Vous êtes rigoureux.euse, organisé.e, doté d’une aisance relationnelle et d’un sens commercial ?
