Nous nous appuyons sur une forte approche industrielle à dominante hors-site et fabriquons dans nos 8 usines françaises réparties sur l’ensemble du territoire les différents composants destinés à la construction des projets immobiliers que nous concevons puis les assemblons sur site.

Niwa, notre Siège Social, est situé à Toulouse et nous intervenons sur la France entière.

Poste

En tant que Responsable Travaux Principal Rénovation, vous êtes rattaché.e au service travaux et basé.e à Paris. Vous intervenez sur des chantiers sur l’ensemble du territoire.

Vous aurez pour principales missions :

  • Piloter un ou plusieurs chantiers TCE d’envergure, en rénovation
  • Préparer le planning, les commandes de matériels et choisir les fournisseurs
  • Etre garant du respect des délais et veiller au respect des règles de sécurité sur vos chantiers
  • Animer les équipes, assurer leur montée en compétences et participer à l’ensemble des réunions de chantiers avec les intervenants et partenaires extérieurs.

Profil recherché

  • Vous êtes diplômé.e d’une école d’ingénieur ou d’un Master 2 ou d’un diplôme équivalent, dans le secteur bâtiment / génie civil,
  • Vous justifiez d’au moins 7-10 ans d’expérience dans la construction en tertiaire, en rénovation,
  • Vous avez déjà encadré des équipes et piloté des chantiers,
  • Vous avez une appétence pour les responsabilité et la mobilité n’est pas un frein pour vous
  • Vous êtes un.e manager à l’écoute, fédérateur disposant d’une autorité naturelle
