Nous nous appuyons sur une forte approche industrielle à dominante hors-site et fabriquons dans nos 8 usines françaises réparties sur l’ensemble du territoire les différents composants destinés à la construction des projets immobiliers que nous concevons puis les assemblons sur site.

Niwa, notre Siège Social, est situé à Toulouse et nous intervenons sur la France entière.

Poste

Vous serez intégré.e au sein du pôle Etudes et Projets rénovation et serez basé.e au sein de notre siège social situé à Toulouse (31) :

Vos missions

1. Études de prix & offres technico-financières

  • Participer à la conception des opérations de rénovation (restructuration, réhabilitation, rénovation énergétique) ;
  • Réaliser les métrés, l'étude financière, la consultation des sous-traitants et le mémoire technique sur les lots confiés, en tenant compte des contraintes du bâti existant ;
  • Contribuer aux diagnostics techniques préalables (état du bâti, contraintes structurelles, performance énergétique) pour définir le périmètre des travaux ;
  • Participer au bouclage de l'offre et, après signature, aux ajustements financiers et à la passation au service travaux.

2. Alimentation de la base de données IA

  • Contribuer à la consolidation de la bibliothèque de prix du service (coûts unitaires matériaux et prestations de rénovation) ;
  • Participer à l'intégration et à la standardisation des données issues des appels d'offres et des retours chantier dans nos outils IA (Batisia, QDV) ;
  • Étudier la faisabilité d'interfaces entre les outils de chiffrage et notre base de données IA ;
  • Produire des analyses et tableaux de bord (Power BI / Excel) sur les coûts et performances projets pour alimenter les modèles.

3. Optimisation des processus documentaires

  • Analyser les workflows existants (gestion des appels d'offres, consultation sous-traitants) et identifier des opportunités d'automatisation ;
  • Contribuer à la validation automatisée de documents via IA (conformité, détection d'anomalies, gestion des risques) ;
  • Documenter les processus développés pour assurer leur pérennité au-delà du stage.

Profil recherché

  • Vous êtes en dernière année d'école d'ingénieur ou en Master 2 dans le domaine du bâtiment et souhaitez réaliser un stage de fin d'études de 6 mois ;
  • Vous avez une appétence pour la rénovation et la construction hors-site ;
  • Vous êtes curieux(se) des enjeux de la donnée et de l'IA appliquée aux métiers de la construction ;
  • Vous avez une aisance relationnelle, le sens du travail en équipe et un goût pour les sujets transverses.
