Niwa, notre Siège Social, est situé à Toulouse et nous intervenons sur la France entière.

Vos missions

Vous serez intégré.e au sein du Pôle travaux, rattaché.e à un.e Responsable d’opération d’un de nos chantiers basés à Ensisheim (68). Il s’agit d’une opération industrielle en neuf, ce chantier est l'un des projets les plus ambitieux réalisés par notre entreprise. Il consiste en la construction d'un bâtiment industriel neuf de 180 000m², livré en seulement 14 mois.

Vous êtes l’assistant.e du.de la Responsable travaux sur le chantier et ainsi serez amené.e à préparer, organiser et suivre le chantier.

Les missions qui vous seront confiées seront définies selon l’avancement. Sans être limitatives, elles pourront être les suivantes :

  • Réaliser la préparation de chantier : analyse du dossier, définition des modes opératoires, consultations des sous-traitants… ;
  • Elaborer et gérer le planning journalier des équipes, les commandes de matériels et assurer le suivi des sous-traitants ;
  • Participer au pilotage et à l’exécution des travaux : s’assurer du respect des délais, effectuer un suivi de l’activité du chantier et des avancements des différents lots (gros œuvre, corps d’état technique…), analyser les écarts, participer à la gestion financière du chantier (dépenses, recettes…) ;
  • Clôturer le chantier en participant aux opérations préalables à la réception jusqu’à la bonne fin des travaux de levée de réserves.

Profil recherché

  • Vous êtes en quatrième année d’école d’ingénieur / Master 2 dans le bâtiment et souhaitez réaliser un stage de fin d'études ?
  • Vous justifiez idéalement d’une première expérience, par l’intermédiaire d’un stage, dans le milieu du bâtiment ?
  • Vous êtes passionné.e par le terrain, et aimez travailler en équipe ?
  • Vous avez une excellente qualité relationnelle, êtes rigoureux.se et êtes pro-actif.ve ?
