Deine Aufgaben

Als GRC Solution Consultant (m/w/d) begleitest du unsere Kunden bei der Einführung unserer GRC-Softwarelösungen - von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Konfiguration und das Testing bis hin zum erfolgreichen Go-Live. Dabei verbindest du fachliche Beratung mit technischer Umsetzung: Du verstehst die GRC-Prozesse unserer Kunden, berätst sie hinsichtlich Best Practices und übersetzt ihre Anforderungen in eine passende Konfiguration unserer GRC-Lösungen. Damit leistest du einen wesentlichen Beitrag dazu, unsere GRC-Lösungen erfolgreich und nachhaltig bei unseren Kunden zu etablieren.

  • Projektleitung: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung kleiner bis mittelgroßer Kundenprojekte und steuerst dabei Termine, Qualität und Kommunikation.
  • Requirements Engineering: Du analysierst die Anforderungen unserer Kunden und berätst sie hinsichtlich Best Practices und der optimalen Nutzung unserer GRC-Lösungen.
  • Lösungskonzeption: Du übersetzt Kundenanforderungen in konkrete Lösungskonzepte und definierst, wie diese in unserer Software abgebildet werden.
  • Umsetzung: Du konfigurierst unsere Softwarelösungen auf Basis der erarbeiteten Lösungskonzepte und setzt kundenspezifische Anpassungen mittels No-Code-/Low-Code-Ansätzen um.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Du testest die konfigurierte Lösung, begleitest Kundentests und setzt erforderliche Anpassungen um.
  • Wissenstransfer: Du bereitest den produktiven Einsatz vor, führst User-Onboardings und Schulungen durch und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer softwaregestützten GRC-Prozesse.

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschafts-Wissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder Vergleichbares
  • 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Beratung und Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten wünschenswert, idealerweise im Software- oder GRC-Bereich
  • Kenntnisse von Normen und Standards im GRC-Umfeld wünschenswert (z.B. ISO27001, DSGVO)
  • Zertifizierung im Bereich Risikomanagement, Informationssicherheit oder Datenschutz von Vorteil
  • Gutes Verständnis für Software und technische Zusammenhänge sowie hohe IT-Affinität
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung sowie ein professionelles Auftreten
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen projektbezogenen Reisen, vorwiegend innerhalb der DACH-Region
  • Hands-On-Mentalität sowie eine strukturierte, analytische und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
