Contexte de la mission Un grand acteur industriel du secteur aéronautique souhaite renforcer son dispositif de transformation digitale et d’automatisation des processus. La mission s’inscrit au sein d’une Digital Factory chargée d’identifier, de cadrer et de déployer des solutions d’automatisation s’appuyant sur la RPA, les workflows et les technologies d’intelligence artificielle. L’objectif est d’accompagner les métiers dans l’amélioration de leur efficacité opérationnelle, en identifiant les processus à automatiser et en pilotant les projets d’automatisation associés. Missions principales Analyser les processus métier existants et identifier les opportunités d’automatisation. Animer des ateliers de recueil des besoins avec les utilisateurs. Réaliser les analyses d’impacts et les études d’opportunité. Modéliser les processus existants (As-Is) et cibles (To-Be) en BPMN. Rédiger les cahiers des charges et les spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées. Accompagner les équipes de développement dans la compréhension des besoins. Participer aux phases de recette fonctionnelle et de validation métier. Assurer le suivi des projets et la communication avec les parties prenantes. Contribuer à la gouvernance et à l’amélioration continue du portefeuille d’automatisation. Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’adoption des solutions déployées. Livrables attendus Cartographies des processus As-Is / To-Be. Analyses coûts/bénéfices et études d’opportunité. Cahiers des charges et spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées. User Stories et gestion du backlog. Documentation des processus automatisés. Stratégie et scénarios de recette. Guides utilisateurs et supports de formation. Reporting d’activité et indicateurs de suivi. Documentation projet et supports de gouvernance. Profil recherché Business Analyst confirmé à senior disposant d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience en Business Analysis, dont une expérience significative sur des projets RPA et d’automatisation. Compétences fonctionnelles Analyse et optimisation des processus métier. Modélisation BPMN. Recueil et formalisation des besoins métier. Animation d’ateliers et conduite d’entretiens. Gestion des exigences. Conduite du changement et amélioration continue. Compétences techniques Connaissance des environnements RPA : UiPath, Power Automate ou équivalent. Maîtrise des outils de workflow et de gestion des processus. Connaissance de la Power Platform. Connaissance de ServiceNow appréciée. Bonne compréhension des systèmes d’information d’entreprise. Connaissance des environnements ERP, SAP étant apprécié. Qualités attendues Autonomie et esprit d’analyse. Sens du résultat. Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles et relationnelles. Capacité à interagir efficacement avec les métiers et les équipes techniques. Modalités de la mission Secteur : aéronautique / industrie. Localisation : Corbeil, Essonne (91) Présence sur site : 3 jours par semaine. Durée : périodes de 3 mois renouvelables. Profil : habilitable.
