Dans le cadre du renforcement de nos équipes, GEC _ Global Experts Consulting – recherche un(e) #Consultant(e) #fonctionnel(le) #Bancaire / #Business_Analyst pour rejoindre ses équipes en #CDI à Casablanca. VOTRE MISSION : - Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins des métiers bancaires. - Animer les ateliers fonctionnels avec les différentes parties prenantes. - Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et les cahiers de tests. - Préparer et piloter les recettes fonctionnelles (UAT), et assurer le suivi des anomalies. - Analyser les impacts des évolutions réglementaires et fonctionnelles. - Accompagner les utilisateurs jusqu'à la mise en production. LE PROFIL QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS : - 5 à 6 ans d'expérience en analyse fonctionnelle, dont au moins 3 ans dans le secteur bancaire. - Une expertise confirmée dans AU MOINS UN des domaines suivants : - Paiements : SEPA, ISO 20022, paiements instantanés. - Monétique - Cash Management - Crédits & Engagements - Trade Finance - Maîtrise des spécifications fonctionnelles, des tests UAT et de la gestion des anomalies. - Connaissance des outils et méthodes : #BPMN, #UML, #SQL, #Jira. - La connaissance d'un Core Banking (#Temenos T24, #Amplitude ou équivalent) est un véritable plus. - POURQUOI REJOINDRE GEC _ Global Experts Consulting ? - Un CDI au sein d'un cabinet de conseil reconnu. - Des projets bancaires à forte valeur ajoutée. - Un environnement collaboratif favorisant l'autonomie et la montée en compétences. - Des perspectives dévolution vers des fonctions d'expertise métier, d'AMOA ou de gestion de projet.
