GEC RECRUTE | CHEF DE PROJET IT / PMO BANCAIRE (H/F) | CDI – CASABLANCA Vous pilotez des projets IT bancaires de bout en bout, du cadrage jusqu'à la mise en production ? Vous savez faire le lien entre les métiers, la MOA, la MOE et les équipes techniques ? Vous êtes aussi à l'aise dans l'animation d'un COPIL que dans le suivi d'un incident de production ? Alors, cette opportunité est faite pour vous ! Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, GEC – Global Experts Consulting recherche un Chef de Projet IT / PMO Bancaire pour rejoindre ses équipes en CDI à Casablanca. VOTRE MISSION : Piloter des projets IT et de transformation bancaire, du cadrage jusqu'au RUN. Assurer le suivi des plannings, budgets, risques, dépendances et livrables. Coordonner les équipes MOA, MOE, métiers et techniques. Animer les COPIL/COTECH et produire les reportings et KPI. Superviser les mises en production, le suivi des incidents et les plans d'action. Participer au cadrage des besoins, à la validation des spécifications et aux recettes. LE PROFIL QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS : 5 à 6 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets IT, dont 3 ans minimum dans le secteur bancaire ou financier. Expérience concrète sur des projets bancaires : Digital Banking, Paiements, Crédits, Core Banking. Bonne compréhension des environnements techniques : architecture SI, API, intégration et production. Maîtrise des méthodologies Agile/Scrum et cycle en V. Bonne connaissance des outils Jira, MS Project, Excel et Power BI. Certifications PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL ou Scrum Master appréciées. Ce qui fera la différence ? Nous recherchons un profil hybride, à la croisée du pilotage projet, de la compréhension technique et des enjeux bancaires. Pas uniquement un PMO reporting, mais un véritable pilote capable de faire avancer les projets et de fédérer les équipes !
