Assurer le déploiement, l’industrialisation et le maintien en conditions opérationnelles (MCO) d’une solution d’automatisation radio professionnelle (Zenon), dans le respect des standards techniques et opérationnels du secteur. L’Expert IT intégrera une équipe pluridisciplinaire constituée de trois autres postes (chef de projet Zenon, chef de projet technique et intégrateur/développeur éditeur), chacun ayant un rôle spécifique dans la mise en œuvre globale de la solution. Responsabilités principales : 1. Déploiement et industrialisation de la solution - Installation et configuration de la solution. - Administration et maintenance technique. - Mise en MCO et suivi opérationnel de la solution. 2. Support technique avancé - Support de niveau 2 pour le projet. - Assistance aux équipes internes sur les problématiques techniques. - Interaction avec l’éditeur pour le suivi des versions et correctifs. 3. Documentation et procédures - Rédaction des procédures d’installation et de configuration. - Maintien et enrichissement du Wiki ONAIR. - Réalisation de démonstrations techniques pour les équipes internes. Expertise souhaitée Compétences techniques : - Expertise en solutions d’automatisation radio (Zenon ou équivalent). - Administration et déploiement de systèmes logiciels complexes. - MCO et support technique multi-niveaux. - Connaissance des workflows et outils de diffusion audio. - Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet : Jira, Confluence.
