Contexte de la mission Dans le cadre d’un projet complexe à forte dimension technique, notre client recherche un consultant PMO senior capable d’assurer le pilotage opérationnel du projet et de coordonner les différents acteurs métiers, techniques et systèmes d’information. Le consultant interviendra dans un environnement comprenant notamment des sujets liés aux réseaux électriques, aux systèmes d’information industriels, aux télécommunications, au SCADA et à l’architecture technique. Missions principales Assister le Chef de Projet dans le pilotage quotidien du projet. Coordonner les différents acteurs métiers, techniques et SI. Préparer et animer les instances de gouvernance : COPIL, COMOP et ateliers. Produire les supports de pilotage, reportings et tableaux de bord. Assurer le suivi des plannings, des risques, des actions, des budgets et des dépendances. Contribuer à la conduite du changement et à la communication projet. Accompagner les responsables de lots et les directions régionales. Participer aux activités de qualification, de tests et de déploiement. Proposer des améliorations en matière d’organisation, de pilotage et d’efficacité opérationnelle. Faciliter les échanges avec les experts techniques tout en maintenant une vision globale du projet. Livrables attendus Supports de pilotage et tableaux de bord. Reportings périodiques d’avancement. Suivi des plannings, budgets, risques et dépendances. Comptes rendus et supports des instances de gouvernance. Plans d’action et suivi des points de blocage. Supports de communication et de conduite du changement. Profil Profil recherché : PMO Senior Nous recherchons un consultant senior disposant d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience en PMO ou en pilotage de projets complexes. Le candidat devra être autonome, structuré, pragmatique et force de proposition. Il devra pouvoir constituer un véritable binôme avec le Chef de Projet et apporter une valeur ajoutée à la fois sur le pilotage opérationnel et sur la coordination des sujets techniques. Compétences indispensables Solide expérience en PMO et pilotage de projets complexes. Capacité à travailler en autonomie et à challenger les parties prenantes. Excellentes capacités de communication écrite et orale. Expérience dans la préparation et l’animation d’instances de gouvernance. Maîtrise de la gestion des risques, des plannings, des budgets et du reporting. Excellente maîtrise de la suite Microsoft 365. Compétences appréciées Connaissance des réseaux électriques ou des infrastructures industrielles. Expérience dans les systèmes d’information industriels : SCADA, télécommunications, supervision ou systèmes critiques. Expérience dans les secteurs de l’énergie, de l’industrie ou des infrastructures. Capacité à dialoguer avec des experts techniques tout en conservant une posture de pilotage. Une expérience dans un environnement technique complexe est particulièrement appréciée. La mission correspond à un PMO senior orienté projets industriels et techniques, et non à un profil exclusivement administratif. Informations contractuelles Type de mission : Assistance technique – Freelance Durée : 6 mois renouvelables Expérience : 5 ans et plus Localisation : La Défense et Chatou Organisation du travail : 2 jours par semaine sur site et 3 jours de télétravail. Présence sur site : 1 jour par semaine à La Défense. 1 jour par semaine à Chatou. Secteur : Conseil en organisation et stratégie Environnement : PMO, projets industriels et techniques, Microsoft 365, reporting, gouvernance projet, réseaux électriques, SI industriels, SCADA et télécommunications.
