Maintenance Manager – Regio Gouda

Onderhoud dat vooral gebeurt als het al te laat is.

De rol

Voor een foodproductielocatie in de regio Gouda zoek ik een Maintenance Manager die structuur gaat aanbrengen in een omgeving waar onderhoud nog niet staat zoals het moet. Je stuurt een team aan van 8 monteurs. Goede gasten, veel kennis, maar ze hebben richting nodig. Iemand die keuzes maakt, prioriteiten stelt en het team meeneemt naar een hoger niveau. Er is inmiddels een CMMS aangeschaft. De basis is er dus. Aan jou om dit systeem goed neer te zetten en te zorgen dat het ook echt gebruikt gaat worden zoals bedoeld. Dit is geen tent draaiend houden-rol. Dit is bouwen.

Wat je gaat doen

Je gaat de stap maken van reactief naar gestructureerd onderhoud. Concreet betekent dat:

  • Leidinggeven aan de technische dienst (8 FTE)
  • CMMS implementeren en zorgen dat het leeft op de werkvloer
  • Preventief onderhoud opzetten en borgen
  • Storingen analyseren en structureel terugdringen
  • Stilstand minimaliseren door betere voorbereiding en planning
  • Spare parts strategie neerzetten (geen ad-hoc bestellingen meer)
  • Externe partijen aansturen waar nodig
  • Technische verbeteringen initiëren en doorvoeren
  • Betrokken zijn bij CAPEX projecten
  • Zorgen dat veiligheid geen sluitpost is

Daarnaast maak je onderdeel uit van het site MT en heb je dus directe invloed op de koers van de plant.

Wie je bent

Je hoeft geen mooi verhaal te hebben. Als je dit eerder hebt gedaan, herkennen we dat snel genoeg.

  • Ervaring als leidinggevende binnen maintenance / technische dienst
  • Achtergrond in een productieomgeving (food is mooi meegenomen)
  • Je snapt hoe je van brandjes blussen naar structuur gaat
  • Ervaring met CMMS (of in ieder geval: je weet wat er voor nodig is om het werkend te krijgen)
  • Je brengt rust, overzicht en duidelijkheid
  • Je durft keuzes te maken en mensen aan te spreken
