Plant Manager - Regio Zaanstreek

Ben jij een hands-on operations leider die energie krijgt van het verbeteren van een productieomgeving? En wil je de stap maken naar een Plant Manager rol — of je volgende stap zetten binnen operations — in een 24/7 typisch Zaans productiebedrijf?

Dan is dit een rol waarin je het verschil kunt maken.

De rol

Als Plant Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie van een productielocatie met circa 90 medewerkers. Je stuurt indirect zo'n 70 fte aan binnen productie, technische dienst, logistiek en kwaliteit.

Dit is geen rol op afstand. Je zit dicht op de operatie, bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en weet precies wat er speelt. Je brengt structuur, overzicht en vooral: vooruitgang.

Je schakelt continu tussen mensen, processen en techniek — en weet daarbij hoofd- en bijzaken goed te scheiden. Geen ingewikkelde structuren of politiek, maar gewoon doen wat nodig is om de site beter te maken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Aansturen en verder ontwikkelen van de productieorganisatie
  • Verhogen van performance, efficiency en kwaliteit
  • Initiëren en begeleiden van technische verbeterprojecten (CAPEX)
  • Intensief samenwerken met de Technische Dienst
  • Continu verbeteren van processen en werkwijzen
  • Coachen en meenemen van teams op de werkvloer
  • Zorgen voor een veilige, stabiele en toekomstbestendige operatie

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring in een productie- of operationsomgeving
  • Sterke hands-on mentaliteit en natuurlijk overwicht
  • Technische affiniteit (hoe meer, hoe beter)
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van teams
  • Vermogen om rust, structuur en richting te brengen
  • Food-ervaring is mooi meegenomen. Belangrijk om ervaring te hebben in een 24/7 productieorganisatie
