Voor een gerenommeerd foodbedrijf uit de Zaanstreek ben ik op zoek naar een Milieucoördinator. Een inhoudelijk sterke rol in een organisatie die volop investeert in verduurzaming, groei en ontwikkeling.

Dit bedrijf is een toonaangevende speler in de internationale foodindustrie. In de drie fabrieken in de Zaanstreek worden hoogwaardige producten verwerkt voor wereldwijde klanten. De organisatie zet sterk in op duurzaamheid, innovatie en data-gedreven werken. De werksfeer? Open, informeel en no-nonsense met veel ruimte voor initiatief en verbetering.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Milieucoördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van milieuverplichtingen en het borgen van compliance op alle niveaus. Je vertaalt complexe milieuwetgeving naar praktische instructies en ondersteunt collegas bij het uitvoeren van een verantwoorde bedrijfsvoering.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Geven van milieutrainingen en ontwikkelen van instructiemateriaal in het LMS
  • Beoordelen van wijzigingen en projecten op milieu-impact (MOC-procedures)
  • Input leveren voor het milieuaspectenregister
  • Coördineren en uitvoeren van interne milieuaudits en begeleiden van inspecties
  • Beheren van milieuprocedures en relevante registratiesystemen
  • Bijhouden van wet- en regelgeving en vertalen naar concrete acties voor de organisatie
  • Bijdragen aan diverse milieurapportages (vergunningen, IPPC, convenanten, etc.)
  • Coördineren van emissiemetingen (conform ECP)
  • Ontwikkelen en monitoren van milieu-KPIs
  • Ondersteunen bij vergunningaanvragen, wijzigings- en BUS-meldingen
  • Meewerken aan milieu-impactstudies zoals de Carbon Footprint
  • Deelnemen aan WOR- en RCA-overleggen na milieu-incidenten

Wat neem je mee?

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een (proces)technische of milieukundige richting
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
  • Ervaring met ISO 14001 en/of ISO 50001 managementsystemen
  • Een zelfstandige werkstijl en oog voor detail
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en gevoel voor samenwerking

  • Salarisindicatie 70.000 - 85.000 EURO bruto per jaar
