Quality Manager – Regio Middelburg

Ben jij een ervaren Quality professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor kwaliteit, audits en continuous improvement binnen een productieomgeving? En zoek je een functie waarin je niet alleen vanuit een kwaliteitssysteem werkt, maar ook daadwerkelijk dicht op de operatie zit?

Voor een internationale organisatie binnen de chemische procesindustrie ben ik op zoek naar een Quality Manager. Je komt te werken op een relatief kleinschalige productielocatie. De omvang van de locatie zorgt juist voor een brede en veelzijdige functie: je bent zichtbaar binnen de organisatie, schakelt direct met verschillende disciplines en hebt veel invloed op de manier waarop kwaliteit wordt geborgd en verbeterd.

De functie

Als Quality Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het Quality Management System en de verdere ontwikkeling daarvan. Je zorgt ervoor dat processen, procedures en kwaliteitsstandaarden goed zijn ingericht én in de praktijk worden nageleefd.

Je werkt nauw samen met onder andere Production, Engineering, Maintenance en EH&S. Daarbij ben je een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor het site management en zorg je ervoor dat kwaliteit, compliance en operational excellence goed met elkaar verbonden zijn.

Een belangrijk onderdeel van je functie is het coördineren en begeleiden van interne, externe en wettelijke audits. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, voorbereiding, uitvoering en rapportage en zorgt vervolgens voor een goede opvolging van bevindingen en CAPA's.

Daarnaast lever je een actieve bijdrage aan continuous improvement en Operational Discipline. Je identificeert verbeterpunten, brengt structuur aan en zorgt ervoor dat verbeteringen daadwerkelijk worden geïmplementeerd en geborgd.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het Quality Management System en bijbehorende certificeringen;
  • Coördineren en begeleiden van interne, externe en regulatory audits;
  • Fungeren als site Audit Coördinator;
  • Opvolgen van auditbevindingen, afwijkingen en CAPA's;
  • Verzorgen van Management Reviews en kwaliteitsrapportages richting het site management;
  • Bewaken, onderhouden en verbeteren van kwaliteitsprocessen en procedures;
  • Initiëren en begeleiden van continuous improvement activiteiten;
  • Samenwerken met Production, Engineering, Maintenance en EH&S;
  • Ondersteunen bij vraagstukken rondom productspecificaties, klachten en kwaliteitsafwijkingen;
  • Bijdragen aan een sterke kwaliteits- en compliancecultuur binnen de organisatie.

Wat breng je mee?

Voor deze functie zoek ik een ervaren Quality professional die goed tot zijn recht komt in een omgeving waarin zelfstandigheid, eigenaarschap en een praktische instelling belangrijk zijn.

Je hebt:

  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische, chemische of kwaliteitsgerichte richting;
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring binnen Quality Management in een productie- of procesomgeving;
  • Ervaring met Quality Management Systems en relevante ISO-normen;
  • Ervaring met het coördineren en begeleiden van audits;
  • Kennis van CAPA, root cause analysis en continuous improvement;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
  • Een analytische en gestructureerde manier van werken;
  • De overtuigingskracht om collega's mee te nemen in kwaliteitsverbeteringen.

Ervaring binnen de chemische procesindustrie is een sterke pré. Ook ervaring met Operational Discipline, regulatory compliance of certificeringen zoals ISO 9001 en ISCC+ is interessant.
