Requisitos e qualificaçõesComunicação clara e assertiva, tanto escrita quanto verbal;Escuta ativa para compreender as necessidades dos clientes e buscar as melhores soluções;Empatia e foco na experiência do cliente;Capacidade de realizar atendimentos personalizados, com objetividade e cordialidade;Certificação ativa CPA-10, C-Pro R ou C-Pro I;Conhecimento de Excel básico a intermediário;Noções de produtos financeiros;Conhecimento em Zendesk será considerado um diferencial;Disponibilidade para atuar na escala de trabalho: segunda, terça, quarta, sábado e domingo, com folgas às quintas e sextas-feiras e 1 domingo por mês;Disponibilidade para atuar no horário das 11h às 20h.
