Vos défis: Coordonner la réponse aux demandes spécifiques de nos clients pour la personnalisation de leurs avions. Cela inclut la collecte des impacts techniques, planning et coûts. Vous serez en interface avec les équipes internes (ingénierie, méthodes, commerciales…) et externes (fournisseurs). Consolider la définition du scope du changement et les conditions d‘offerabilité. Rédiger les offres commerciales S’assurer et informer les équipes Programme de l'avancée des études et du respect des jalons et livrables attendus. Être organisé et mettre en place les bonnes pratiques de gestion de projets.Être capable de gérer les priorités et de surmonter les difficultés. Anticiper les perturbations et si besoin mener les actions de redressement nécessaires. Escalader les problèmes quand nécessaire Profil Votre profil: Vous êtes positif et adaptable et vous avez de très bonnes compétences interpersonnelles, un état d'esprit ouvert et une grande capacité à travailler en équipe. Vous avez un niveau avancé en français et en anglais et vous êtes capable de travailler dans un environnement multiculturel. Vous êtes titulaire d'un baccalauréat, ou d'un diplôme en ingénierie ou gestion. Vous avez au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets dans l'industrie ou dans la gestion de produits techniques. Vous avez une expérience dans la gestion de personnalisation, idéalement dans l'aéronautique et les intérieurs d‘avions et avez une compréhension de l'architecture des avions. Vous avez un état d'esprit axé sur le client. Une expérience en relation avec le client est un atout.
