Dans votre rôle, vous devrez optimiser l'efficacité des processus d’assemblage de l’A220 en analysant des données et des KPI (qualité, coûts, délais), identifier les écarts de performance, proposer des recommandations basées sur des analyses avancées, et collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles pour améliorer la rentabilité. Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à : Recueillir des données de performance à partir de diverses sources et assurer leur qualité, leur cohérence et leur exactitude. Concevoir, développer et maintenir des bases de données, des tableaux de bord et des rapports de performance (hebdomadaires, mensuels, trimestriels). Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance clés (KPIs) pour évaluer les progrès par rapport aux objectifs de l'entreprise. Analyser les performances à l'aide d'outils statistiques (Skywise, Power BI, Python) pour identifier les tendances, les anomalies et les causes profondes des problèmes de performance. Préparer et présenter des rapports clairs et des visualisations de données aux parties prenantes, en formulant des recommandations basées sur les données pour l'amélioration des processus. Collaborer avec différents départements (Opérations, Qualité, Finances, RH) pour optimiser la performance et contribuer à la planification stratégique et aux initiatives d'amélioration. Participer au développement de modèles de prévision, à la réalisation d'analyses de scénarios et à la documentation des processus de données. Profil En tant que candidat idéal, Vous possédez une expérience pertinente en analyse de données, en mesure de la performance ou dans un rôle similaire. Vous maîtrisez les outils d'analyse et de visualisation de données tels que Power BI, Skywise, Python ou R. Vous avez une connaissance des entrepôts de données, de l'analytique en nuage ou des plateformes de gestion de la performance. Vous possédez de solides compétences en analyse, en résolution de problèmes et en réalisation d'analyses de causes profondes. Vous avez la capacité de communiquer des résultats complexes de manière claire et concise à différents publics. Vous êtes apte à collaborer efficacement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour atteindre des objectifs communs. Vous avez de l'expérience dans la définition d'indicateurs de performance clés (KPIs) et la création de cadres de mesure.
