Quelles sont vos contributions envers l’équipe? • Développer de nouvelles sources d'approvisionnement et développer des relations d'affaires stratégiques. • Développer des stratégies de négociation. • Diriger et participer au développement de la commodité en dirigeant des projets qui nécessitent la préparation de plan d'affaires • Diriger, développer et exécuter les stratégies de la commodité et fournir à la haute gestion les états des projets et négociations. • Identifier, analyser et matérialiser les opportunités de réduction des coûts. • Créer et maintenir des réseaux formels internes et externes. • Agir comme point de contact unique avec les fournisseurs pour les nouvelles opportunités d'affaires. • Offrir un support aux sites et aux unités d'affaires en ce qui a trait aux stratégies globales d'approvisionnement. • Coordonner et diriger la négociation des réclamations contractuelles auprès des fournisseurs en support aux problématiques de production des unités d’affaires. • Soutenir les unités d'affaire dans l'application des clauses contractuelles contre les violations substantielles. • Mener les négociations de contrats avec les fournisseurs. • Assurer que les contrats soient maintenus conformément à nos exigences d'affaires. • Coordonner les activités des agents de la chaîne d'approvisionnement en lien avec les objectifs du tableau de bord équilibré, des plans maîtres et des plans détaillés. • Supporter les agents de la chaîne d’approvisionnement dans la négociation des contrats, des demandes commerciales, des changements de produits et l'amendement des contrats. • Participer à la gouvernance des projets de réduction de coûts et maintenir adéquatement les indicateurs de performance de ces projets. Profil Comment vous épanouir dans ce rôle? Vous détenez un baccalauréat en ingénierie, en administration des affaires, en droit ou dans un domaine équivalent. Vous possédez au moins deux (2) années d’expérience professionnelle. Un plus grand nombre d’années d’expérience constitue un atout. Vous avez de l’expérience dans l’industrie aérospatiale et/ou dans un environnement manufacturier et/ou en gestion de programme, dans un rôle commercial; cela constitue un atout. Vous possédez d’excellentes aptitudes en négociation ainsi qu’une expérience en gestion de projets. Vous avez un grand souci du détail, êtes rigoureux et déterminé à respecter les échéanciers. Vous êtes un excellent joueur d’équipe, reconnu pour votre leadership d’influence (sans autorité hiérarchique), votre esprit d’innovation et votre capacité à mobiliser les équipes. Vous possédez de solides compétences en gestion des opérations et en gestion financière. Vous êtes à l’aise avec des sujets techniques complexes et possédez des connaissances en terminologie juridique ou en interprétation de contrats. Vous maîtrisez MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook. Vous êtes en mesure de travailler efficacement en français et en anglais au quotidien. Vous êtes en mesure de travailler sur site dans l’une de nos installations de Montréal au moins deux (2) jours par semaine, et parfois davantage, conformément à la politique applicable.
