Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Agent de la Gestion de l'Approvisionnement pour rejoindre notre équipe Procurement Operations Airframe basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec des équipes multifonctionnelles basées à Mirabel, Québec, Mobile, Alabama ou ailleurs dans le monde. Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Procurement Operations chargée de l’approvisionnement des pièces requises pour la fabrication de l’avion de modèle A220. L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. Votre rôle en tant qu’agent de la Gestion de l'Approvisionnement sera de vous assurer de la livraison des pièces requises à temps et de bonne qualité à notre client qui est la ligne de production. Vos défis: Valider les exigences et assurer l'exécution de la livraison des bons de commande Gérer le placement des bons de commande et l'administration des activités connexes (réception, snags, factures, inventaire, paramètres de stock de sécurité...). Analyser les retards de livraison et prioriser les livraisons du fournisseur pour minimiser l'impact sur la chaîne de production Gérer le plan opérationnel à court et à long terme (rétrofit, pénuries...) Suivre les performances de la supply chain (réception, magasins, transport, expédition...) et gérer les écarts Assurer l'interaction des fournisseurs (visites sur site ou à distance) avec les équipes inter fonctionnelles pour mettre en œuvre des mesures correctives et préventives Établir des relations solides avec les équipes internes telles que la gestion de la qualité de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (SCQM), la gestion de la conformité (CM), l'ingénierie, les méthodes, la qualité, la production et l'approvisionnement stratégique. Gérer les pièces non-qualité (Réparation, Retours...) Fournir une visibilité globale des niveaux de stock. Obtenir et suivre les plans d'action des fournisseurs pour maintenir un niveau optimal Définir le plan de reprise avec les équipes de production si nécessaire. Comprendre le "VSM" global (Value Stream Mapping) de vos produits respectifs. Profil Votre profil: Vous détenez un baccalauréat en gestion des opérations ou en gestion industrielle OU un diplôme d’études collégiales dans les mêmes domaines, avec deux (2) années ou plus d’expériences. Vous avez de bonnes compétences en gestion des priorités et multitâches. Vous avez une bonne connaissance des logiciels tels qu’Excel, Google suite, etc. Vous avez des connaissances et de l’expérience avec SAP. Avoir une certification APICS est un atout. Vous êtes bilingue (Français et Anglais écrit et parlé). Vous avez 2 à 5 d’expérience dans un poste similaire.
