Dans ce rôle vous serez appelé à produire des instructions de travail en collaboration avec les services d'ingénierie, de logistique des matières, de la qualité et de production. Vous devrez être à l'affût des façons d'améliorer les stratégies d'assemblage et de fabrication en plus de prendre part à des projets de recherche et de développement. Il est primordial d’avoir une bonne logique et un bon esprit mécanique afin de déterminer les bonnes séquences d’assemblage. Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à : ● Établir des cahiers de montage destinés à l'assemblage/désassemblage de composantes d'avions; ● Participer au développement et à l’optimisation des processus liés à la fonction méthodes ; ● Auditer certains processus pour valider leur bon fonctionnement et fournir certaines recommandations ; ● Gérer des projets de courte et/ou moyenne durée et complexité; ● Soutenir techniquement les activités quotidiennes de la production. Profil En tant que candidat idéal, vous possédez : ● Vous avez un diplôme d'études collégiales et/ou universitaires en génie (ingénierie) mécanique, avionique, électrique, industriel, ou électromécanique, en fabrication aéronautique ou dans une discipline connexe; ● 10 années d’expérience pertinente en environnements manufacturiers, préférablement en aéronautique, idéalement sur l’A220; ● Vous avez les connaissances pour la lecture de dessins techniques et avez une bonne visualisation 3D et un bon esprit d'analyse; ● Vous avez une bonne logique et un bon esprit mécanique; ● Vous avez les connaissances des logiciels de dessins assistés par ordinateur tels Catia, Enovia et aussi des logiciels de Planification des ressources de l'entreprise (ERP) tel que SAP, etc; ● Vous avez la maîtrise de la langue française, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, et vous avez une bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise.
