Vous êtes passionné(e) par l'analyse de données, l'automatisation des flux de travail et l'amélioration continue dans des environnements TI complexes? Vous souhaitez évoluer au sein d'une équipe dynamique et internationale? Ce poste est pour vous ! Vous ferez partie de l'équipe chargée de la gestion, de l'optimisation et du développement des services TI basés sur la plateforme ServiceNow. Votre rôle principal sera de concevoir des flux de travail, d'analyser la performance des services via des tableaux de bord avancés et de piloter l'amélioration continue des processus informatiques. Vos défis : Piloter la gestion et l'optimisation continue des services TI basés sur la plateforme ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, etc.). Concevoir, développer et maintenir des tableaux de bord et des rapports analytiques avancés pour le suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPI et SLA). Modéliser, implémenter et mettre à jour les flux de travail (workflows) et les processus automatisés de l'entreprise. Analyser les données système pour identifier proactivement les opportunités d'amélioration, de simplification et d'automatisation des processus métier. Collaborer directement avec les parties prenantes et utilisateurs internes pour recueillir leurs besoins et adapter les solutions ServiceNow à leurs opérations. Assurer la gouvernance et la documentation technique exhaustive des configurations, processus et architectures de services TI. Arbitrer et vulgariser les choix techniques liés aux processus ITSM auprès des équipes informatiques et de la direction. Profil Votre profil : Diplôme universitaire (ou équivalent) en informatique, génie logiciel ou dans une discipline connexe. Expérience pratique confirmée sur la plateforme ServiceNow (modules ITSM, ITOM, reporting, etc.) et dans la gestion de services TI. Solide maîtrise de l'analyse de données et des outils associés (ex. Google Sheets, tableaux de bord ServiceNow). Excellente capacité de vulgarisation technique, esprit d'analyse aiguisé et autonomie démontrée dans un environnement complexe. Connaissance des cadres de référence en gestion de services (ex. ITIL) et de l'industrie aéronautique (un atout). Fortes compétences en communication et relationnel pour interagir efficacement avec des équipes transnationales. Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (niveau avancé/négociation) obligatoire
