Vous avez une expérience en Ingénierie, Gestion de projets ou en Qualité, vous avez travaillé en aérospatiale et vous souhaitez évoluer et développer de nouvelles compétences? Ce poste est pour vous ! Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Analyste Qualité pour rejoindre notre équipe Qualité basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez étroitement avec les autres équipes Qualité. Vous ferez partie de l’équipe d’Amélioration de la Qualité chargée de / qui développe des solutions transverses aux problèmes du programme. L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. Votre rôle en tant qu’Analyste Qualité sera d’analyser les non conformités trouvées sur la ligne de production afin de les réduire/ éliminer. Vos défis: Analyser des non-conformités ; Effectuer des résolutions de problèmes (PPS) ; Participer et préparer des gouvernances ; Résoudre des problèmes ; Facilitation de groupe ; Gestion des communications ; Gestion de projet. Profil Votre profil: Vous avez un baccalauréat en ingénierie, gestion de projet ou autre domaine connexe; Vous avez un minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience dans l'industrie manufacturière, en aéronautique, en gestion de projet ou autre expérience connexe ; Vous êtes créatif et avez la capacité à penser de manière originale ; Vous avez un haut niveau d'autonomie et de motivation (vous serez toutefois soutenu par un tuteur du département) ; Vous avez de bonnes compétences en communication avec une attitude ouverte et proactive ; Vous avez la capacité de vous organiser de manière autonome.
