Ce poste est pour vous ! Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Analyste qualité conformité fournisseurs (h/f) pour rejoindre notre équipe de gestion de la conformité fournisseurs basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec les équipes d’opérations et d’approvisionnement. Vous ferez partie de l’équipe conformité fournisseurs chargée de veiller à l'adhérence aux requis qualité ainsi qu’à la validation des enjeux fournisseurs soulevés par nos opérations. L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. Votre rôle en tant qu’Analyste qualité conformité fournisseurs sera de prendre les actions de contingence nécessaires chez nos fournisseurs afin de protéger les opérations de la non qualité externe tout en assurant une excellente collaboration avec les équipes internes pour mieux définir les enjeux rencontrés dans la ligne de production. Vos défis: ● Influencer et faciliter les communications entre parties prenantes internes et externes ● Être un agent de changement pour promouvoir la culture de la qualité dans toute l'entreprise ● Doit enquêter et identifier les risques futurs ● Être responsable de synthétiser des situations simples à complexes afin de les présenter à différents niveaux de gestion ● Doit communiquer et travailler avec différentes cultures situées dans différents pays ● Être un représentant d`Airbus auprès des fournisseurs A220 Profil Votre profil: ● Vous détenez un DEC en génie ou en aéronautique avec un minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente, ou équivalent ● Vous êtes bilingue ● Vous avez une connaissance des normes et réglementations (AS9100, TCCA, FAA, EASA) ● Vous avez une solide expérience en résolution de problèmes ● Vous avez la capacité de travailler sous pression et de respecter les échéances ● Vous avez un esprit analytique et une capacité à résoudre efficacement les problèmes ● Vous faites preuve de leadership, d'autonomie et de capacité à travailler en équipe ● Vous êtes flexible pour communiquer avec certains fournisseurs dans un fuseau horaire différent ● Vous avez une bonne structure de travail afin d'être efficace dans votre organisation du travail ● Vous avez une forte capacité à synthétiser et à documenter les informations Ce poste peut impliquer des déplacements professionnels (dans le monde entier). Possibilité d'astreinte pendant les week-ends et/ou les périodes de vacances. Ce travail nécessite une prise de conscience liée à tous les risques potentiels de conformité et à un engagement à agir avec intégrité, ces valeurs sont le fondement du succès, de la réputation et de la croissance durable de l'entreprise.
